The swimming pool was out of order and the car park is too small for that hotel though the security staff manages it excellently but the hotel management should bear in mind that customers would pass on their excellent experience at this hotel making growth inevitable which would warrant a bigger car park. They should consider doing airport transfers. I also believe that they should have more than one elevator.

Rooms were sizeable, staff were very pleasant, the hotel is clean and even when there was a blockage in one of the bathroom the maintenance man was very prompt to fix it. Location of the hotel is excellent because you could go for a jog or walk as you wish. There are also many eateries and restaurants nearby all within walking distance. Hotel is not far from Ikeja mall and markets for shopping instead of facing the tedious traffic to go to the Island. Went with my family and looking forward to go next year again.

They didn’t change my sheets for two days until I brought it to their attention. Some of the staff need to learn how to communicate better with customers. They need to reduce the volume of the music they play on the corridors at night

The breakfast room was too small for the number of guests eating breakfast. At a point, it felt like being in the dining room of a high school dormitory. The idea of a "rooftop" should be reviewed. It was empty, not well furnished and looked more like a dining room than a rooftop lounge. They need to go see what the rooftop at the Marriot looks like on a friday night. The hotel is overpriced!

I booked at Safron when my flight from Lagos was cancelled and little else at a decent price point was available nearby on a Saturday night. Beautiful construction, very clean, comfy bed, but a few quirks that made me think staff weren't thoroughly trained (although they were quite kind). Other little oddities like only one elevator which was both small and slow, my 'executive' room was sparsely furnished with lots of empty space, etc. Still, not bad overall and I was grateful to land somewhere this pleasant when my travel plans suddenly changed.

I was supposed to get a room with a balcony per what booking.com had on the page, I didn't get that. To regulate the AC temperature you would have to get up from your bed, there was no AC remote.

Only negative was the air-con in my room made a loud noise when on even in quiet mode. Struggled to sleep so i had to turn it off.

Great luxurious hotel in a perfect mainland location. Only stayed one night but wish i stayed longer. I loved the décor and you get a real luxury feel. The hotel buffet was amazing and exceeded my expectations. One of the best I've ever had including in Europe & USA. I used the hotel pool in the morning which was nice. I really enjoy my stay.
