Loud thumping music at all times of the day. On one day it started at 9:30am and ended at 12:30am the next morning. We were on the third floor so bass was thumping through the pillow. Outsiders allowed to visit the hotel bar (called Somewhere on Earth) so its party central all evening which is cool until you as a paying staying guest want to sleep before midnight. Pool was not cleaned regularly enough. Once per day is not enough it an environment this hot with this many bugs. Pool consistently filled with dead bugs and was consistently dirty. Bathroom water facilities were inconsistent and it took a while to get it stable but once you got it it remained stable so not so bad but to turn on and use at any time of the day or night was not great. Breakfast options were few and far between and on 3 days of our stay there was no buffet at all but we were offered to order from the A La Carte menu. Despite ordering on 3 different occasions we were unable to get fresh fruit though it was stated in the menu.

Impeccable service from super polite efficient staff. The staff were an absolute credit to the establishment. Rooms were large and cleaned everyday without fail. It’s a new hotel so a few creases to iron out, but have the most confidence this will be done. This hotel will be a stand out place in the coming months.

Superb setting at the rear with pool , decking and looking out at the lagoon across to banana island. Staff are very friendly want to please . Managment and porters are exceptional. Food is also very good.

The reservation confirmation process needs a huge improvement. The light skinned guy at the reception was eventually helpful with that process.

We paid for two nights The room was leaking leaking, WiFi not working, no water, the room was small. Couldn't endure all of especially especially since it's supposed to be a 4star hotel and they are packing almost every where and when ever we talked to the reception, they would promise to send someone to fix the problem, but few hours later nobody would come. We got tired of calling them and they lying to us and decided to check out cuz nothing was working. We paid for two days and they were supposed to refund us one day but guess what? Before we got that refund back, it took about a week and we had to constantly call the management to remind them of the refund. We almost didn't think we'd get it back just because they are too slow. Close to a week after we have already left Lagos, that's when we got a refund. Did I mention that the front desk almost overcharged me when we arrived? I had to show them my confirmation receipt from booking.com. everything about this hotel sounds fishy!!!😒

The bathroom was clean but the drain has an unpleasant odor which greeted you every time you take a shower. Service needs improvement even making allowance for the fact that they opened only a month ago but they don't seem to get the basics right yet . Breakfast was underwhelming. Lots of processed food on offer & not great quality at that . No variety of bread just white slices and white bread rolls . No wholemeal or croissants etc which are basic expectations. We didn't bother with breakfast after the first morning. Everything else was just average at best or subpar for a 4 star

We loved the location. The rear view of the property, overlooks the lagoon, so it was beautiful. The outdoor sitting areas allow you to enjoy the view and cool breeze day and night. That's the best part of the stay . The spa space was good too although no sauna as stated on their website but good massage service. I'd go back for those two

Front desk was not willing to resolve my reservation issue.

Location is great, the staff would not acknowledge my reservation from booking.com on day we arrived. I was told my reservation is not in their system and they are fully booked.

The ambience is very lovely. The water in the pool is warm and soothing. Everyone seems hellbent on pleasing you - great customer service. Blessing is phenomenal - she’ll make sure you’re sorted out. Great location and can easily get around the hot spots. Try the Egusi soup with goat meat and thank me later 😁👍🏾
