Staff seem happy and willing to assist. Also Mr Johnson was patient when picking me up from the airport as my flight was delayed. fixture were not properly done. We had some sockets in our room that fell out or moved about easily, leaving exposed wires within reach. Also, bathroom did not have a door - just a curtain, which is disappointing as it seems to be assumed that only couples stay in a room together

It was clean and modern. The location was also great - secure with a few shops and restaurants nearby. Communication with the hotel was very efficient and check-in/check out was quick

It's a very expensive hotel but it really has all the comforts you need in a hotel, the facilities, the restaurants, the food is delicious and the staff is helpful. The room is spacious and clean. I had a very pleasant stay. Will definitely come back.

Online booking was extremely higher than direct booking with the hotel. Was cheaper to make tye reservation directly. There should be provision for cost of early check in or late checkout

The carpet needed a deeper vacuum in the bedroom. Also the accommodation is advertised with a cot and when we arrive there was no cot available. Additionally, the bedroom window handle was faulty and allowed noise pollution in.

The customer service is oustanding. Very helpful staff with "yes I can" attitude at all times. The breakfast was really good. The location is really good. The accommodation was very clean.

The restaurant staff on the first floor were abysmal, from waiting 30-45 minutes to get someone to take orders, and bringing the wrong order multiple times, and miscalculating my bill, having to come to my room multiple times to address billing issue, to giving a complimentary sauce for mixing up order, only to come back the next day with a bill for the side, if I was to keep writing I’ll need 6 note pads …

Breakfast is good. You feel safe, they have a security gate and a scanner at the entrance. Rooms are very clean. A restaurant with a big bar and outside area. expensive, but you pay for a secure stay.

I was asked to make payment in dollars before I used my U.K. card which I think should not be the case, I should be giving the option to make the payment in the local currency. The reception desk did not answer the phone in the morning when I was ready to check out and I needed help with my luggage I had to go downstairs to get the help needed they did apologise and I got help with my luggage
