We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Sudani book for Superior room 32m2 but they have not this room available they speak for superior plus and ask for mor money also bathroom is very small and maintenance is not ready to repair the water pipe also i apply to keep my breakfast up to 6 because of fasting they didn't response, i am not taking any meal in 95 hotel as if i pay including breakfast also reception is only for 2 persons ?

United KingdomRigid breakfast policy from 7am. I requested earlier breakfast a few minutes before 7am as I was due to travel. They eventually agreed to provide this but nothing was provided up till 645am when I left. There was no satchet of coffee in the room. Just one teabag. My room was not ready for check in at 2pm even though my booking says it's from 12 noon. It took over half an hour to get into my room as the key had been misplaced.
Good location and close to shops and restaurants. Nice and friendly staff. The neighborhood was safe. The standard room was small but nice and clean.

NigeriaNothing so serious. I didn't get to enjoy hot water in the bathroom even though the heater worked. Probably I didn't do something right. Also, the breakfast could have been more presentable but it tasted very good.
I like the fact that the hotel is located in the midst of several marts, food outlets and access to the road. I just needed somewhere affordable in V.I to relax and spend the night before and after work and trust me, it was the best experience. The staff at the reception were so helpful and professional, even the security...super helpful and courteous. I really enjoyed my stay and felt safe.
