I have to complain about staff noise behind my window before it ceases. I have to pay for tea if you drink the one they place in your room.

Breakfast was ok. Over all the hotel is clean and neat. The staff knows how to talk to people. Good location for doing your stuff in town.

Unfortunately Noisy.. the signs isolation was not very good and i woke up early due to the guard in front of my window and the noise in the corridor. I looked for the switch off the bathroom for 15 min with the staff, it was well hidden behind a piece of furniture.

Nice room and bed. The staff was so pole and friendly. The shower was also working well and i could choose between international and Nigerian breakfast.

They tried to cancel my booking, but I was stubborn so they allowed under pressure. No room cleanup. Limited hospitality, they refused to prepare me an early breakfast to catch a flight. Overall not a good experience.

The staffs are not competent. They serve me food without spoon . I requested for spoon for over 30min . No one care to attend to me. They handover the clothes I gave them for laundry to another customer. I left the hotel without collecting my money and clothes. They brought the clothes back to me when I wanted to involve police at BON Elvis hotel Abuja. Please people should stay away from the apartment because their staffs are not professional. Thanks Callistus

The restaurant of the hotel was closed and I was asked to take breakfast in my small room. The toilet seat did not match the toilet. There was a cupboard in front of the window.

One of the directors eventually solved the issue of locating the property. He was the first contact with the establishment, and we are really proud of his hospitality, tolerance, and endurance. The director was already discussing our comfort with the receptionist when we eventually arrived. I love everything about this hotel and will happily recommend it to my family and friends. This is classical proof that the head determines the progress of the owl organisation. It was such a pleasant experience all through.

Check out could be 2pm instead of 12pm. Despite this though I was granted the opportunity for a late checkout. My check out was extended till 2pm which I was grateful for. Thank you.

I particularly like the staff willingness to go beyond the call of duty to assist. The hotel location is first class Very clean and comfortable Food was excellent Hotel facility is very good, and I'll definitely be returning in the future
