Rooms tend to be a bit too cold and when the Ac is switched off, the room starts to release sailed moisture

It would have been nice to get a tour of the amenities offered during our stay at check-in. We had to ask, where is the pool? Where is breakfast served? Where is the Cactus restaurant? Where do we get a towel for the pool? I didn't even know that Cactus restaurant was associated with our stay until the day before we left. I enjoyed their food menu more than the Lebanese menu by the pool.

I loved the large room with the sofa and kitchenette with the refrigerator and microwave. The bed was also very comfortable. And it was quiet too. I liked the movie selection on the TV too. I loved the outdoors setting around the restaurant and pool. I swam in the pool, and the water was warm, not cold. I also loved the lounge chairs and umbrellas around the pool for nice relaxation. The view of the lagoon was breathtaking.

The cleanliness standards needed improvement - the floors appeared unmaintained, and despite regular changes, the bed linens felt dusty. The ground staff often struggled to understand and fulfill basic requests.

The location was exceptional - most destinations were just 5-10 minutes away, with easy access to Cactus Restaurant and Black Diamond Hotel. Lovely view. The convenient buggy shuttle service was a plus, and the manager Maria went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.

The bathroom shower needs upgrading. Had to request for white towels, rather than the mustard coloured ones. Towels were a bit worn out. The kitchen needed cutlery and plates.

The room was bigger than I had expected, and overlooked the lagon. Fantastic views. The staff were very pleasant and professional. Breakfast was great and had many varieties of food. Was able to use the gym at Black Diamond hotel, which was within the complex.

Room service missed twice to put Milk Powder and i have to request. When they clean the room they switch on the AC which makes the rooms very cold. I recommend not to open to save energy too.

I would have loved for the pool to be open earlier in the morning. Cutlery / dishes in the small kitchenette

Lovely, friendly, helpful staff is what made the place so nice! In addition huge rooms with kitchenette (but no cutlery / dishes - would have been helpful). Balcony with view over the lagoon - amazing! Breakfast room was nice and choice of foods was fine for the price. Pool area gorgeous as long as you don't mind having restaurant guests watch you swimming :-) - pool opening hours are 10 am - 6 pm and restaurant mainly gets busy in the evening, so it wasn't t an issue for us. The restaurant in the hotel was great - delicious Lebanese food Another lovely restaurant / ice cream parlour / patisserie round the corner and safe to walk to :-)

The hotel is very clean. Customer services is excellent, the staff are very well trained to deal with customera patronising the service. The restaurant on site called Salma and the second restaurant called Cactus offer a lovely view of the ocean. The location is fantastic and the price is quite reasonable.

The furniture urgently needs an upgrade. The TV shelf belongs to the past. That alone is giving a 1985 vibe in 2024. Overall, the furniture and layout of the living space need improvement.

The location and cleanliness of the facility is a 10/10. The bed is very comfortable with clean duvet and bed covers. The bathroom is very clean too. Water was running very well. I love the water side restaurant.. The proximity to Cactus restaurant is A+.

The location is great with Salama's and Cactus restaurants within the same compound. Both provide lovely food. The room and living spaces are large but a little basic but all items required are available.

- Cockroaches in the Hotel, in the corridor especially - Breakfast is not all properly organised seems more of a 2-star hotel. No proper chef seems someone with basic cooking knowledge has been kept there. - Last day checkout , some minor issue which could have been resolved easily but the manager and the team were doing internal meeting rather than caring about the customer standing, eventually paid up out of frustration had to leave for the airport.

There's a lot of room for improvement in their customer service. I had to call room service a few times before I was given drinking water and tea (these were supposed to be provided upon check in/or even before). Finally got these on the second day.

Liked the rooms, it's set up similarly to a shortlet apartment (bedroom, sitting room, kitchenette, and a bathroom). My room had a view of the lagoon so I put the balcony to good use just sitting there and watching the water.

Spacious room overlooking the lagoon. With microwave and fridge. AC worked well. Breakast was great. Staff courteous. Manager graciously allowed us a late checkout. It was a Great stay

overall the Hotel is good the breakfast is ok maybe be better the WIFI generally ok but sometimes it is not working the Value for the price is little bit high especially they have different exchange rete which is make the money is more that what I expect
