I was charged more than the total amount on booking.com due to the exchange rate.

I ran out of water in the shower! Supposing you are freezing, it is hard to regulate the AC from your room. Don't open the door to the balcony to keep warm either, because your room would be covered in mist from wall to wall to floor, including your bed. To be fair to management, there was advice against doing that. I only saw it at check-out. It could have been placed by the AC control. The water dispenser in the Gym requires regular cleaning and refill.

Kind, responsive staff. They came to my rescue with the freezing room, and later, when the same room got misty—security provided an umbrella in the rain, etc. Breakfast was great, with excellent varieties. I love that there is room service. The Internet was excellent. Even though they had repair downtime, there was information to that effect, and the repair was done after midnight. Comfortable, clean room. Free bottles of water are available for guests! Well-established gym. Overall, it is a value-for-money hotel in the Lekki phase one location. I hope to return.

The buffet option was limited. Drinks were watered down especially the frozen margarita. If you’re a lover of frozen margaritas I suggest you DO NOT waste your time getting one. The Day shift staff for the most part are very rude, they don’t smile. The girl at the front desk never smiled and had a mean attitude when I came in Tuesday morning. They’re not welcoming. The night shift staff on the other hand are more pleasant. They gave me semovita as poundo and when I said it wasn’t the same, they argued with me. The chef that worked on Tuesday that made the edika ikong soup was good. The one on Friday wasnt good.

The location of the property is superb. There are so many conveniences such as banks, Restuarant etc. at close proximity to the facility. The management of the property hired good people staring from those at the front desk, bell man, security, Restuarant and house keeping.

The front desk manager with glasses is very very moody and not welcoming at all. Check in process is quite cumbersome, forms to fill, ID photocopied twice, 2 sets of documents to sign .. It's a hotel room not a bank loan. Rooms are comfy but quite small, adequate for 1 but not 2 guests. Beds were very very comfortable

Parking is a nightmare, there is no valet parking for Lodging guests. The hotel hosts other events and that adds to the scarcity in parking. The Ac is in the room is noisy. The wc in the toilet doesn't flush well. There is noise from the guests attending parties downstairs. The breakfast buffet was terrible, Limited choices of meals and the few meals offered were poorly prepared. I abandoned my meal half way. Seriously, The hotel should consider cancelling the breakfast if they don't have a good chef on standby.

The front desk officers were very warm and helpful, the interior decoration of the hotel is unique.
