Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Breakfast was well-staffed with many friendly personnel. Special thanks to Mariam, who does the best egg whites ever. The staff members make breakfast a great experience. There is a variety of Nigerian and European meals. There are more than enough beverages. The decor is welcoming and beautiful. The ambience in the building is comforting and luxurious. The security staff and the concierges are friendly, helpful, and try their best to get to know the guests. The folks in the gym and the swimming pool provided excellent customer service. The receptionists are arguably the best hotel receptionists in Lagos. Overall, I like the fact that the hotel keeps improving instead of regressing, which is common in many hotels in Lagos. I will certainly come back again

It's probably the only hotel in Lagos that seems to have improved in all areas. The food is great as are the customer service and sports facilities. Every member of staff I encountered was helpful and considerate. I'll surely come back again.
