While almost everything was okay in my opinion, the only downside was that they had one small lift to serve 6 floors & several rooms, which sometimes meant waiting longer.

We liked that the property was very conducive to rest and comfort—it made our vacation truly enjoyable

The bathroom needs a shelf to place toiletries. Also, when taking a shower, the amount of water that seeps to the floor is more than the floor towel can hold. That can be a risk for falls.

The breakfast options could be more and could do with labelling the food so one doesn't have to ask the waiters what this and that was. The phone line in my room wasn't working and it took them a while to resolve it.

The ambience was of high quality, aesthetically pleasing, very clean and well maintained. The staff were very polite and prompt to attend to requests I loved my stay at the GTA The management always checked in with guests to ensure their stay was good and keen to ensure every point raised are dealt with immediately. Great location and easy access to airport and other connecting routes, very handy

Would have been nice to have access to real coffee - either filter or espresso but then only had instant.

Friendly staff! Shout out to Amina, Edwin and Shedrick. I forgot my converter and they sent someone to the store to get me one. Was sorted in 10 mins! Gym was small but clean and new. Lovely decor!

Next morning the next building was doing some sort of renovation that was loud and woke me up. But GTA wasn’t to be blamed for that.

GTA hotel were very hospitable. Got there quite late from the airport and they were able to admit me even with my lateness to arrive. The room was clean and big enough. They had a nice roof top bar by the pool that came alive at night. All in all it was a fantastic stay even if it was for a night and will definitely visit again.

It's busier than usual with people. Sometimes, those not lodged in the hotel appear to walk around the hotel.

It would have been nice to have universal outlets in the room. Not a deal breaker but bring a plug converter if you don't have UK plugs. There is only 1 elevator. During check-in/out time, the wait can be really long, so plan ahead. Finally, the rooms lack adequate soundproofing. There is a bar on the rooftop that plays music on the weekend until midnight. That and the hotel being close to a main street may not be good for light sleepers.

Great stay. The facilities were modern, and the staff were nice. The hotel felt safe. The location was close to the airport and Allen Ave. The studio had everything one would need for an extended stay. Fridge, microwave, cooking supplies. The rooftop had a nice patio to hang out, with great views of the city. Wifi was great.

Had an amazing stay at GTA Ikeja. The staff were welcoming and nice. Shoutout to God’s power, Njoku and a lady that wears red glasses at the restaurant. They were all kind and helpful.
