The food and drink is very expensive. No provision of bowl in the toilet. It made poo a bit uncomfortable. Not everyone uses tissue in toilets.

It could have better for any longer who wish to leave the hotel early as I did to present something nice as refreshment since they are on shirt stay. And if two person lodged they should offer the two towels and two tissue paper.

It's a great location with a beautiful ambience, mostly the staff were courteous. The price was reasonable

The Ministry of Environment needs to cut the noisy church neighbour. It made my stay, which other wise would have been very good, uncomfortable. They kept the drums and loudspeakers going till about 4am!

Expensive food. But I'm not bothered since I can order my food from somewhere else. The bathroom was flooded but thank God it was our last night, didn't bother to complain. Wasn't comfortable with the fact that the only time they came in to clean was when we were not in. Very Late breakfast. The Door Card stops working when we go out and come back and we always have to go to the receptionist to reactivate. WiFi wasn't that strong. It was bad actually But all these are just minor, the hotel is a good place to stay in.

Nice and quiet environment. Cozy room and bed. They change the sheets every day. Complimentary breakfast, bathroom supplies brought in everyday. You're allowed to bring food from outside. Etc

The swimming pool and gym were not within the hotel vicinity as indicated on the Booking.Com App. One had to walk for about 10 minutes to another compound on another street to access the facilities. The pool was small and looked more like a jacuzzi and the gym was equally small and dingy.

There is a need to change the lighting in the rooms. The lights are not bright enough. There is a need to add a more powerful bulb to provide better lighting for reading and studying, especially for some of us whose work involves these two activities. I couldn't read or use my PC with what was available.

The food was good, as well as the location. Staff are super super friendly. The hotel staff also kept the room for me even when I arrived late without pre-payment, something that two hotels here have done before. The place is also in a secure estate and there is easy accessibility to bus parks at Jibowu or the domestic airport. Facilities are great and De Rigg's bathroom is one of the very few I have been to where there is a sizeable bathroom space provided.

They should improve on the complimentary breakfast by allowing for options. Their complimentary breakfast was limited to bread, egg and tea/coffee. If your preference is for the other breakfast options on their menu rather than bread, egg, tea/coffee, you are told that you have to pay for it. This didn't make sense to me because what I preferred was a breakfast option on their menu and not something out of this world! I preferred boiled yam and fish sauce instead of bread, egg and tea/coffee! There is no electric kettle in the room. They should have electric kettle in the room for the convenience of making one's tea or coffee. Finally, they should pay attention to their window mosquito nets by replacing those that are worn out or have pulled out from the frame. I'm high on maintenance of properties so I easily spot areas in need of maintenance. But, despite the defect in the window net there were no mosquitoes in the room.

Complimentary breakfast was limited to bread, egg, tea/coffee.
