    Needs the rooms and bathroom fix cause almost all the equipment in the bathroom spoilt

    A “Swiss” hotel that doesn’t accept international credit card. Frustrating because ATMs only disperse 7 euros in each transaction. Loud music all night until 8am nearby.

    Pool next door. Clean spacious and safe.

    Polite check in staff and managers. The location of the hotel was ideal for me.

    The bed linen in the first room did not look clean-looked used by possibly another guest. There was what I perceived to be early signs of mould in one of the rooms I was shown and it could do with some renovation. Sections of the hotel itself could do with some renovation.

    The staff were polite and helpful. When I reported problems in the room they initially showed me, they were quick to remedy the issue by moving me to another room which was very clean and comfortable. The two gentlemen in the front desk that checked me in were responsive to my request and were very polite. The two managers on duty the following morning (male and female) even approached to apologise that I was unhappy with the first room shown and were keen to know if I was comfortable and had a good night rest. Very good customer service indeed! I get the impression that the senior staff are keen to learn from he customer experience to improve their service.
