Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Chinenye, Samuel, and the cleaner were ready and active to respond to any of our requests. I will definitely stay at this apartment again when I visit Nigeria. thank you for the wonderful experience and your professionalism throughout our stay.

The Apartment kitchen was well equipped, so my wife made our meals. The location is perfect for anyone who likes serenity and wants to stay in a central location that connects all major business areas. Also centrally located to major attractions in the city. Great for family. I will definitely book this apartment again.

United StatesThe fiber optic internet services were spotty - comes in and out at times, but that's understandably Nigerian MTN network issues and not under the host's control. However, the host was prompt and jumped on it to correct the downtime within minutes notice each time with the network engineers.
Helpful, professional, articulate guests' needs, and responds promptly. My family had a good time here. I will rent again whenever in town.
