    The staff were friendly and ready to assist with little errands for food

    No prior information of 20k caution fee on the site which has not been refunded. Calling their customer service but getting ignored Didn’t use the AC because there was no light from grid for the two nights there, but there was 24-hrs light from inverter, so I could only use the standing fan

    No disturbances and I had a good rest and the power supply was good

    The kitchen utensils are nothing to write home about. There was no pot, the knife was in bad shape. Couldn’t cook a proper meal

    they only use to start the gen as per schedule / they ask me to extra cost then what i book it on booking.com / aslo took 20000niara as caution fees which was refundable ( also they refund it to me ) AC use to malfunction many time thought it was serviced while my stay / i had to sleep 3 nights with the lights & AC

    The facility was clean and the housekeeper, Glory was very hospitable.

    I chose to stay at the accommodation because of the positive reviews but my experience was very bad. First, I was given a room different from the one I booked despite advance payment. When it was obvious they couldn't get me in the right room, I asked for a refund but the receptionist (Sisi) was very rude and unhelpful. Secondly, the ACs only come on when there's power from the grid, so I spent most part of the night without the AC working, and only used fan. Also, water was not available in the room and the housekeeper had to go fetch me water in a bucket outside. Thirdly, the facility is a shared apartment (not a hotel) and the building is not located at the address provided. I used Google maps and it took me elsewhere. Had to call the property a couple of times to locate the apartment. Turned out the right address is Ginza Hills, Phase 25, Van Daniel Street, Off Orchid Hotels, Lekki 2. The location is mostly a residential estate. Also, I was required to make a refundable advance caution payment of #20,000 separate from the booking fee. This condition is not indicated on Booking.com. In all, I learnt never to book any "privately managed" facility again in Lagos. A good hotel doesn't have all these hassles..

    Location is good.

    building layout is good but none functional, no working shower, no lamps in room, kitchen and sitting areas totally uncomfortable as nothing was working and they were very negative and money driven without care for their customers. I suffered physical injury due to broken door handle and no support was provided. I asked for refund on first day checking in as I realise my health and safety was at risk and they refused to refund me. I have made a complaint to them and my lawyer is going to write to them for compensation for the damages I suffered in this accommodation and I have not received my caution fees back.
