Some times the Western dishes in the restaurant were "unusual" in that they have a Nigerian twist due to the chef not being familiar with that particular dish, the way its cooked "at home", but I found this was the case in other restaurants too.

The whole experience was very calm and enjoyable. The rooms are comfortable and unless you put the do not disturb sign out the towels and bedding etc are changed every day. The hotel security are very good too.

I appreciate the opportunity to provide feedback to enhance the quality of your services. During my recent stay, I noticed a few areas that could benefit from attention. Firstly, the doors to the bedroom (D301) and the bathroom require some adjustments. While I commend the repair work done on the bedroom door, the bathroom door remains quite noisy, producing an unsettling creaking sound when opened or closed, which can be pretty disruptive. Additionally, the air conditioner in the living room is not functioning. It would leak a lot of water, making it unsafe for anyone not paying attention to where they are walking. I also found the mattress to be less than satisfactory. It appears outdated and is constructed from materials that lack support and comfort, which made it difficult to rest well during my stay. Finally, I was disappointed with the breakfast buffet. During my visit, several items were not fully stocked, which diminished the overall dining experience. Enhancing these aspects could significantly improve guest satisfaction. Thank you for your consideration.

A lot of noise coming from the back of the building around the kitchen and car park presumably by drivers chatting noisily or kitchen staff . 2. Lots of mosquitoes and fleas in my room although it was addressed after my complaint .3 the kitchenette should have at least 3 cooking utensils instead of only one small pot. Generally the place still remains one of the best of its kind in Abuja, these are the areas for improvement.

The restaurant prices were kinda high

I liked the room size. The staff were very helpful and respectful. They have good communication skills. The ladies and the guy at the reception were wonderful. The food in the restaurant was tasty though pricey.

The shower didn’t function well, the cleaner was aware and reported but nothing happened. The plate for the microwave was bigger than what it was so every time we needed to use it it has a weird sound that scared us that it might explode or something. There was no water in the pool for the entire 3 days of our stay there. This is a couple check-in so they should at least have breakfast for 2. If their rate is based on the number of pax checking in.

This is my second time in BKT and I had a very pleasant stay last year but this year, the customer service declined although we still got the same unit, but it was cleaner last year. I just like that the location is just right from where we needed to go.I like that they have the option to pay using international card.

There weren’t many things I didn’t like about the property. There were a few glitches with room service, but other than that, there were no issues with the property.

The apartment itself was very nice and had a full kitchen, which was great and saved us money from eating out. The rooms were nice sizes. The bathrooms were a little small and cramped but otherwise they were good as well. The pool area was a nice area to relax by.

Here is the only issue. The complementary breakfast quality is dropping (cake made my wife sick) and it comes late. When it comes, it is already cold. The management needs to look into this issue seriously. The other meals are super.

Location is great and the new access road via Gudu makes it even more accessible to most parts of my working areas. Lunch and dinner are great and the management has really done well to ensure that there is 24/7 power even when there is no public power supply.

The washrooms should have Muslim showers to facilitate Muslim guests.

This premise is built like a residential building with multiple flats which gives it a very neighborhood-like effect. The area is well protected, clean, and has a very professional and friendly staff. I've stayed here twice already and this is now my go-to place to stay when in Abuja. The rooms also have a kitchen with basic utensils. The restaurant is also great with fresh food available all through the day. The breakfast is very well planned and efficiently handled as per individual choices everyday as complimentary per room. The area is within 20-30 minutes to major locations in the city centre and bolt cans are easily available. The area also has a pharmacy, supermarket, and other eateries within walking distance.
