The pool was very poor - no ambiance - almost municipal. Breakfast pretty average. Ran out of fruits half way though service time. Bacon like shoe leather.

The hotel is undergoing renovations so we were woken at 7am each day by the sound of drilling. We could hear the noise in our room and by the pool so that it wasn't a peaceful experience. The elevators were often full of workers with carts removing waste so that we had to wait to use them. Also the kitchen facilities were very basic, and missing certain items such as washing detergent, ice cube forms, bread knife,...

Could do with a few things maintaining like lights fixing back to the wall properly, a cupboard door rehanging and the breakfast buffet was ok but not great value for money

Luckily we pre-purchased our breakfasts which were excellent and plentiful because as with most other food outlets we visited, main meals were very overpriced and underwhelming..A lack of information, in room of things to do.

The whole facility was up to the standard which we expected given the name association. Our room was great and the view from the balcony was superb. We purchased a breakfast package and were very happy that we did.

The room was tired and in need of a bit of a refresh. The kitchen-ware and utensils needs augmenting.

This is an excellent, mid-range hotel right on the beautiful Anse Vata beach. We had a sensational view from the three-bedroom apartment. There are plenty of bars and cafes nearby on the Promenade Roger Laroque, and even more on the lovely swimming beach at La Baie des Citrons (15-20 minutes walk away.) The staff were friendly and very helpful - merci Gunter.

The swimming pool was freezing, despite saying it was heated. We ended up going to the nouvata hotel swimming pool, which was warmer

Nice, spacious room apartment, with 2 bathrooms. It was the sort of place you could easily live in. Large balcony too. Loved the in unit washer / dryer. Well equiped womens only gym (you can only use for certain hours during the day, though)

Rooms weren’t cleaned every day, and cleaners often didn’t turn up before 3pm. Breakfast plentiful but not all items were good. Bacon undercooked, scrambled eggs overcooked.

The only thing was not realizing to book massages we had to book in advance. Other than that there was anything we didn't like.

The location was amazing, handy, and close to the amenities. Including the buses. We loved the view from our rooms. Stunning. The pool was great. The rooms were ideal for our group. The restaurant was nice. Though we only had dinner there - Pacific night The staff were very friendly and very helpful.

I found the wifi weak, although my wife didn't have the same problem. Strangely the water was only luke warm, not really a problem when its 25 to 30 degrees outside.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Promenade. We had a room on the 7th floor with balcony lovely views out across Anse vata beach, perfect for an evening glass of wine. The apartment was well equipped, spacious and comfortable.

The room was so spacious and the toilet was separate from the bathroom which is very convenient. There was also plenty of space to put things and to hang wet clothes to dry. The balcony was very big and had a great view of the garden and beach even from level 2. The kitchen had everything we could have wanted including a coffee machine, fridge and freezer. Great location with shops on the ground floor including a bakery and other restaurants. Everything else in walking distance - beaches, more shops and restaurants, grocery store, other bakeries. 24hr reception was great as our flight arrived late in the evening and it was 1:30am by the time we arrived at the hotel.
