It was my 50th & the hotel left me a beautiful gift in the room & also upgraded us. It was such a lovely gesture. The food was great & the pool area was nice. The rooms were big, spacious, clean, well equipped.

Pool access closed for 2 days of our 6 day stay without being told before booking which was disappointing. Nothing for children/kids, no enclosed safe play area. Very expensive for food and drinks. $18AUD for 2 small coffees is crazy.

Beautiful scenery, beautiful resort. Various on site areas to explore.

Restaurant could offer gluten free options and variety on menu. We stayed for 4 nights and ended up going out for lunch and dinner as menu was the same Breakfast buffet would have been awesome addition too even if that would increase the price A la carte breakfast put us off a bit

The free WiFi was not very good in the room and dropped out a fair bit. Prices at the bar and restaurant were quite high, we chose to cater for ourselves in the apartment most of the time. Kitchen equipment was basic and limited but sufficient for our needs. Grocery stores are available within a 20-25 minute walk. Staying with two young children, additional chairs or bar stools would have been helpful as the apartment is set up for two people only. Unfortunately, the swim-up pool bar was closed (off-peak travel time). The Spa was only accessible for adults (16+) and only in specific swimwear (no board shorts), so we couldn't take advantage of that offer. There is no specific offering for young children. A playground is a 5-minute walk away.

Nice hotel and pool with direct access to a patrolled beach with shark protection. Was able to do a little bit of snorkelling and found some clownfish, rays and other reef fish in the area. The apartment was small for a family of 4 but comfortable. Hotel staff was helpful with booking airport transfers and excursions. Housekeeping was great. The hotel is in a nice location of Noumea with nice views. Restaurants and a great gelato shop are in short walking distance as is a National Park for further views and short hikes.

The hotel is looking a little tired and a bit old, not so much in the reception but the corridors and fittings. The prices are very high, even by Noumea standards, so the overall look and feel should match that, but fails in that regard. Our fridge was leaking water on the floor (and was fixed by staff placing a towel around the bottom of it), and the safe failed to work after 2 days as the battery needed replacing, which was done then it didnt work at all. There was no information in our room regarding local attractions, restaurants and transport. There was no information to use the phone and we didnt even know how to call reception. Also, on the side we faced, the noise from neighbouring hotel air conditioning units and equipment kept going all night. A hotel at this price level should offer a free shuttle service into town and maybe a discounted price to the airport. The hotel website still shows the pool bar operating, however it has been closed which is a real shame. We didnt try the spa but others told us that men are required to wear speedos that they need to buy from the spa reception for $20 as board shorts are not allowed.

Rooms all had great views and were well equipped and clean. Staff on reception were all exceptionally helpful and friendly. Beds were large and very comfortable. Bathroom and shower were clean, well maintained and functional. Air conditioning worked well and the large sliding doors were really useful on warm nights. The location is superb with a protected beach and the pool and restaurant areas are clean, well maintained and picturesque.

The service from all staff across all areas is world-class - probably the most consistent and seamless service I’ve experienced in a hotel in all of my years of travel. From my very warm welcome at reception followed by multiple interactions organising a driver, transfers, flight cancellations and extended stay - to warm and friendly greetings in the hallways every day from housekeeping, and quick and thorough cleaning while I was out of the room at different times during the day - to the restaurant accommodating my numerous special requests - the service here is exactly what you’d hope for, especially when travelling as a solo female. The staff here actually care about your experience and are willing to go above and beyond. A big well done to the entire team and to their management / leadership teams - it’s going very right! I stayed 1 week in a prestige 1 bedroom suite with full kitchen stocked with cooking basics (pots pans etc), capsule coffee machine, free wi-fi, balcony with ocean-view, wall-mounted smart tv’s in both living and bedroom. The sofa feels a little plasticky but there’s a throw in the closet. NO USB or USBC ports in the room but plenty of power outlets throughout. They really nailed the lighting. Shower was large and water pressure was excellent. Bed was very comfortable. Gym had more equipment than most including dumbbells up to 50 pounds, lat pulldown and leg press so I managed to do my full body workout 3 days. Spa room is stunning - highly recommend watching the sun set from inside. The grounds esp the pool area right in front of the beach are serene and feel secure and exclusive. The swim-up bar wasn’t open but I saw guests ordering drinks from the restaurant and bringing them over to the pool area which seemed fine. Really appreciate the level of security with fencing all around the property and room card swipe access required from the beach and in the lifts. Stunning sunsets with plenty of secluded spots to enjoy from.

We were put in a room on the side of the hotel looking into the grotty back of the hotel next door, there was a large motor room probably the hotels air conditioning that went 24 hours, very noisy so it was impossible to open the doors at night, as it was a quiet time it would have been good to have been given a nicer room at the front with a nice view as we spent 8 days there, it wasn't getting busy and booked out until we left. We booked the shuttle to the airport when leaving and the girl forgot to book it, thankfully we checked or we would have missed our flight back. The prices in the restaurant were way too high for the quality of the food and they need to have some help with making good coffee, fresh milk for a start instead of packaged milk would be a start and use coffee beans not pods!!!!!

the hotel is beautiful, the room was beautiful, very clean

We had to take our own luggage to our room using the hotel trolley. A hotel costing this much should have done that for us. The hotel was exceedingly expensive for what you got. Not a 5 star experience.

The lady at the reception was very nice and very helpful. As we had a big delay to come over, the hotel management were very professional, helpful. They didn't charge us the whole trip room booking but only the days we stayed there. So thank you to yall and especially, i can't remember her name but she was very competent, smiley and very nice. We were a little disappointed in the restaurant in terms of food quality and menu offerings, although the serving staff were very helpful. However, there are numerous other restaurants within walking distance which offer a wide range of choices.

This is a beautiful beachfront resort which is very high quality throughout. Our suite was modern, well-equipped, very clean and everything appeared to be almost new. Julie at the front desk was particularly helpful throughout our stay - Merci beaucoup! All the staff we encountered were generally friendly and helpful. As we had a rental car throughout our stay, the onsite free parking was an added bonus. We would highly recommend this lovely resort.
