It was a great setting in the middle of the city, but like a campsite outside of the city. We where welcomed and shown to our tent very friendly. The facilities are very good and clean.

Everything was nice, the restaurant was great too, the staff were kind and very helpful. Great place to stay in Windhoek, felt very safe and secure.

There should be soap provided in the communal toilets/ shower rooms. There was a noisy road next to the tents. I was ill in the night and it may have been due to the evening meal I had there.

There was a lovely atmosphere at the camp and the staff were very welcoming.

Fantastic food, reasonable price. Great standard of both tented camping and camping pitches. Brilliant hospitality, very helpful and friendly staff. We loved it and were blown away by the service offered.

Our tent was a little too close to the 4x4 camping area and exit so when they turned on their engines at 7am and left them idling, for whatever reason, not so much fun 🤔

Again, a lovely experience, the staff genuinely seem happy and enjoy their jobs. Always friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast, comfy beds and gorgeous loos and showers (despite them being away from your tent) electric blankets were a huge hit as it was pretty chilly in the evenings when we were there. Design and quirky signs everywhere made it interesting and personal .

Road noise and a bit dark in the tent….

I think prices are a bit high. July was particularly cold and that didn't help a lot. The beds however had warm duvets and electric blankets! The shared bathrooms are very clean and comfortable, but I would have preferred a small bathroom in the room.

The camp is architecturally and functionally impeccable, super clean and everything works properly. It is a special feeling to stay in a tent in a city. The restaurant is also good and the wifi is fast. The staff is professional and always polite.

Nothing it was amazing

This place is incredible. The staff were all so friendly. We arrived quite late but staff were all smiles. It was freezing outside and we’d had a very long journey but the beds all had electric blankets which was a huge and vey welcome surprise. The shower block may have been outside the tents but they were so cool. Breakfast was fantastic and so much choice and a lot of healthy options too.

The swimming pool is a bit small.

Very nice luxury camp, you are in a big tent with very comfortable, electrically heated beds. The bathroom is few seconds walk away from the tent, so pay attention to the temperature. In the bathroom there are disinfectant to use on the toilet. The bathrooms are camp style but very big, very clean and with nice paintings. The place overall is very nice and scenographic. The food menu has good variety for all diet needs, and also the food quality is very good. Also, for the breakfast, you will find a great variety of different cereals options. Price is also great

The property is huge and beautiful well maintained, very clean and organized! The tent is bigger than you can think and is clean, has a fridge, french coffee machine and water boiler, mosquito net, very comfortable mattress. The highlight of the tent is that has HEATED mattress, very much needed during winter!! Showers and bathrooms are clean and very nice! The staff is very friendly and bar and restaurant are nice too! There is parking inside and is safe! Love this place!!
