Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United KingdomCheck in was awkward, the reception team made us feel uncomfortable and they seemed confused about rooming. The rooms are quite small. Breakfast is decent, but at N$225 / £10 per person it is quite expensive. Lots of staff in the breakfast room, but some didn't have much to do whilst others are very busy.
The hotel has a modern style. Reasonably priced for room only. It is 5 minutes walk from a shopping centre with restaurant options. Underground parking with security guards.

NamibiaThe noise. We could hear our upstairs neighbours everytime they pulled out a chair, etc. Also, the hotel is not in a very serene area of town. It is next to a hospital and there were vehicle and people noises in the street below at night.
The hotel receptionist was very friendly. The hotel is clean with a good layout. The room had everything we needed. The breakfast selection is also on par with any chain restaurant.

South Africait was a good stay. only problem i had was wen i wanted to check out, my breakfast charges were never added when i paid Apon arrival. after asking to make sure it was done. so Sunday morning at 4h30 i had to try and sort out payments. that was frustrating and it added banking cost to pay x3 times.

MalawiIt was expensive compared to other places within the location like Wild olives. Also the house keeping wasn’t great I complained about brushing the toilet maybe they need to be keeping brushes so that a customer can brush themselves. I dropped an earring close to my bed and after work I found it there on the carpet. If house cleaning was great they could have picked it but I’m sure they never cleaned the carpet hence not seeing the earing. The restaurant closes at 10 but this could have been exceptional for customers checking in late from a different country. I checked in and called a tax to take me round looking for food.

NamibiaWe had a twin room.... it is tiny. No luggage rack/s, pillows a little small and coffee station not enough for even a 2nd cup of coffee or tea.
Reception staff were excellent, room spotless and great to see the eco friendly amenities! Dining areas looked "new and improved"... just seemed better than previous visits!
