the place is quite fancy

the manager of the hotel is terrible, charging for the complements and being insanely rude, entering our room without our permission. the worst experience at the booking.com accommodation we have ever had.

2 hours drive from WHK, child friendly and well equipped. Beautiful nature, special place and people.

Most wonderful stay! Staff were spectacular, especially Jackie and Seun who looked after us the whole time. Accommodation spotlessly neat and clean. Food was also fantastic. We loved the personal touches. The staff and manager went out of their way to make our stay unforgettable. Thanks!! We will recommend Stofpad Lodge to everyone.

Beautiful! We had our own house, big and clean with everything you need! The pool was really nice too. They have also a restaurant! The location is okay for a stop on the way!

The location is beautiful and the facilities were well maintained.

I was upset with the way they managed our booking. We booked one chalet (1 room) and one room but the room was too far and we have 3 young children, so we decided to stayed in the chalet and the children slept in the couch. The next day we requested stretches but they told us that they are not available. Then we ask for the chalet with 2 rooms and they offer us the change. We were overcharged and they refuse to credit us and they explain that this is due to the commission they need to pay to booking. They haven’t inform us about this when we accepted the change and I feel that we have been abused.

The staff are so lovely and helpful, and the evening food was good. They also have a delicious pale ale that they brew onsite, which is a nice touch.

Very spacious and fresh rooms with nice view, very nice and clean swimming pool, next to the pool area playing ground for kids, spectacular view from pool and restaurant, tasty food and delicious beer from own micro brewery!

Amazing Lodge with perfectly equiped and very clean appartments. The dinner and breakfast was delicious. The staff was so friendly, best way to end our stay in Namibia :-)

It was our first night in Namibia (or in Africa for that matter), so we did not know what to expect. It was already dark when we were driving there and it was in the middle of nowhere, so we didn't expect much. We were really surprised to find a little store on the property (with homemade beer!), food, and a nice bar stocked with everything, with a nice terrace overlooking water hole where you can watch wild animals. We stayed in a standard chalet which is really big, perfectly clean, with very well equipped kitchen, aircon, private terrace. Nice bathroom and very comfortable beds. There is also wifi on the property. But the best thing about it is stuff. We had long conversations - they explained a lot about life here, which places should we visit in Namibia, they helped as book next stay, etc... Simply amazing. I travel a lot and never give a 10 star review before, but this place deserved it.

New facilities in a scenic surrounding. Very good food, very friendly personnel. Economic prices.

Despite the excellent food, on our second day the small menu was exactly the same as on the first one. A bit more change of the menu please!
