Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NamibiaWould have enjoyed to have a television and a pool. The town is extremely hot, so that could have been an exceptional experience, other then that I love the host and love the time I spend at Keetmanshoop.
There was no breakfast served, as it was never part of the package, however that could have been good thing to be added on the package, as I had to travel with work, and I had no time to cook for myself. So I relied on cereals and I got bored at one point.

The hosts are wonderful! They are very friendly and make you feel welcome immediately. We had to make a late booking with a late check in time on our way out of the country, but they accommodated our request gladly. The accommodation is quite spacious and very clean.

GermanyReally lovely hosts. We could pak our motorcycles safely in front of our room inside the gate. As we wanted to go for Dinner our hosts defintely wanted to drive us there and wait outside to get us safely back. Finally he walked with us and gave us his phone number for any case. They really took care of us.
