Very nice campsites, good value. All the facilities that you need. Would definitely stay there again.

No communal wifi area. Mtc sim service doesn’t work in that location (just fyi)

We liked our stay at Ozohere Campsite very much. First of all it is a campsite managed by local community, and choosing it was the best way to suport local business. The campsite was nicely setup, with good shower/toilet facilties. We were greeted nicely by Esta, and she also was our guide to a nearby Himba Village. The Himba people were very friendly and we had a great time visiting them, icluding dancing lessons from both sides. They loved the interaction and there was a lot of lough. They sell their crafts, maybe a bit pricy, but one must see how they leave, we were happy to support them this way. Thank you Esta for a nice stay.

They had the best shower facilities of any camp we stayed, having a new hot water geyser.

A good rest stop to relax but not a lot to do there. We had already seen a couple Himba villages.

Stayed just one night. Clean facilities. Nothing else notable or special, very basic campsite. Did not visit the village, felt pricey.

    OK for the price.

A small campsite run by local residents. The sanitary facilities were functional but could use a bit of maintenance. The site itself is very nice, and even though it's close to the road, it's quiet and peaceful — a large rock separates it from the road. We had dinner there and everything was fine. You can also arrange a tour of the nearby Himba village — I recommend it. Overall, the place was very pleasant.

The location is incredible. Hot shower on a cold night. Definitely take up the offer to visit the himba village - very interesting culture, it was such a treat to have a laugh and play with the kids from the village. The girl from the campsite that guided us there was very friendly and knowledgeable, I regret not being able to recall her name. We climbed up the rocks to watch the sunset over the valley below, it was an amazing view, so beautiful.

The staff was very friendly. Fanny came with us to visit a Himba village and share heaps of knowledge about them. The spot has a stunning sunset (you can climb the rocks to have more height). We found a flat and shady spot but not sure if they're all very flat. The facilities were clean.

We liked the remote location and peaceful quietness. Beautiful place.

Electricity would have been ideal, but we were okay without it.

Good views from the hill behind. Run by friendly locals, one of the few places run by black Namibians we stayed at in our month in Namibia. Owner does all she can to help the local villagers. Dinner & breakfast were good value for money. Friendly owner was happy to talk about her life & business. Campsite is a work in progress. Will be even better in future. Cultural tour offered good insights into traditional Himba culture. Plenty of space for our group of 8 (6 tents) to spread out.

Nothing. Liked everything about our stay.

This was a hidden Gem, Venice was a wonderful hostess, made our stay so comfortable. There was no WiFi, but that didn't bother us as we slept under the stars! It was a much needed escape for an evening away. I would HIGHLY recommend this place. After a full day of driving, Venice was there when we arrived late in the evening and made sure we were able to settle in well. Fanny was also great.

Make sure to bring cash... there's very little signal and you'll want to spend time with the Himba

Fantastic location, tidy and well kept place, with barbecue and picnic tables. Very friendly guest. No tent provided, it's for people moving with their eqipment. Haven't tried it, but host can provide dinner and breakfast. Very interesting guided tour to the Himba village nearby.
