I found some of the staff in the dining area a little surly and unfriendly, doesn't seem like a good vibe amongst some of the staff. Reception staff were a lot more welcoming.

Rooms with an amazing sea view and on the main church. private sauna. Heated pool (most of the time in the shadow). Good breakfast and dinner. They organized for us a last minute tour of the city which was amazing. Hot water and heating in the room. Amazing personnel

The breakfast buffet really did have everything imaginable. From fresh fruits to hot dishes, it was the perfect way to start the day while overlooking the ocean. My room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a breathtaking sea view right on the rocks by the water. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves was unforgettable. Great service & peace of mind: The staff were warm and attentive, making me feel genuinely welcomed. One of the most magical moments was watching the full moon reflect on the ocean from my window, with the soothing sound of the sea in the background. The sunsets and sunrises were equally spectacular.

The hotel is beautifully situated right on the coast. A charming and relaxing environment, both in and outside the hotel. The interleadjng rooms were great because we have kids. The restaurant food and service exceeded my expectations. Friendly staff all round. Will stay again.

The breakfast kitchen. It was chaos. Staff were panicked. Too many people for breakfast and not enough tables. Also the top restaurant for supper was also understaffed and kept getting the orders mixed up. They tried though.

they have a great selection of food for every requirement. you want to overeat tick; you want a healthy meal tick! you want a light meal tick! you wanT a great tasting coffee tick! you want a varied tea or cake or fruit selection tick! bonus: enjoy an awesome view while enjoying your meal tick tick tick tick! Then the booking lady... I can't think of her name now I just remember her warmth! She made my accommodation problem hers and pulled a miracle out of a hat!! I will never forget her kindness!! The team there is amazing!! like for absolutely real!! I WILL BE BACK...HOPING WITH MY MUM. I KNOW SHE WILL BE WELL TAKEN CARE OF!! my first Time in Namibia an dfthey made it awesome.

Perhaps the oysters could be a little cheaper. Offer in platers of 12 rather than 6?

The restaurant offered a good range of food. The oysters are good, as you would expect here. Breakfast was pleasant with enough range to be ok.

Reception informed that there is lack of water in the town we should shower early afternoon or late in the night. Why does the hotel not have a water reservoir or a water desalination unit?
