The view was breath taking, like being on the front row in a soccer match. Breakfast was Ok, just ordinary english breakfast. The room was spotlessly clean, no weird smells, clean sheets, comfortable bed, the pillow my man soft, the lighting was inviting.

MozambiqueRestaurant hours are limiting, closes very early. By the time we arrived kitchen was closed and we couldn’t get anything to eat and there’s nothing in the vicinity. So we were stuck “hungry” after a long trip.
The property is nice and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and everything was clean and good aesthetics.

United StatesWe had to amend our booking due to guest travel plans being changed. The hotel charged the FULL amount for each room, 6 months before our travel date. Not a concern until we had to cancel some of the rooms and the ONLY way to secure the refund was to offer one's bank details for a wire refund payment. Their card processing company could not refund the credit card used for the booking. Furthermore, I had to wait until our arrival, and was refunded finally by requesting payment in currency, which was in NAD, requiring a currency exchange transaction when departing Namibia. Completely unacceptable. Booking.com offered no solution either.
Staff was very accommodating. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We had a very good evening meal at the SALT restaurant as well as breakfast each morning. We also appreciated the location being a bit away from Swakop and we had secured parking as well.

Hong KongThe location of the hotel is 20 min drive outside of Swakopmund in a new development. It's not a negative, but when you book It you ned to realise this. We had our own car so it was not an issue. Going out for dinner is not advised (also bot by the hotel staff), it requires a 20 min drive back to Swakopmund and the only roads to town is very dangerous at night. There is a lot of drunk-driving and there are at least 3 markings of fatal car crashes along the road (seen them myself).
Our room was very spacious (more like an apartment, including kitchen) with a beautiful view on the ocean, including sunset!
