South AfricaMaintenance due, construction on site, pool not usable first because of privacy from construction workers, and 2ndly rain washed top soil into pool because of lack of management by construction crew and no stormwater control, and we chose White shark because of the pool pics unfortunately, so that was a disappointment for us. Little Mosque on site so evening prayer could disturb non-Muslims for a little while, but plus point for Muslims. Very steep hill so good for exercise, but not for challenged, cars can reach level areas at units. Some units adjacent verandas, so could be positive for large groups or families. WIFI doe not reach upper units.
The view, the setting, the units were modern and well equipped, even if some worn and now needs replacing, our upgraded unit had it's own stoop and little braai area, even though not private per say. Just on other side of dune of beach, but hell of a steep dune to climb, makes it a lovely outing to the quiet beach, when we were there in July. We swam there too with beautiful beach. WIFI does not reach upper units.

Australiawhere the property is located is impossible to not have a car, you'll be walking for a good 25min ; the driver the property provides charges too much just to pick-up/ drop off; the fridge wasn't cooling anything for the 3 days it was never cold; no hangers outside to leave clothes to drying after the beach/ pool.
we could have the speaker on loud without the noise transfer out of the house; very clean and spacious rooms with AC ; kitchen was fully equipped and staff cleaned/ washed daily; the hosts are very communicative and helpful.

South AfricaWould be nice if coffee and tea sachet was available did not expect this coming from South Africa. Notice this is the norm in other establishment in Mozambique as well.
Accommodation is modern, clean with a nice pool and play area. Access to the restaurant is 5min walk and food was great. Pity we only did a sleepover. The expansion will further add to the top class accommodation.

Location is terrible. There is only 1 road into the property and it was all soft sand. My 4 x 2 Amarok got stuck in the sand. People with small vehicles can't get to this property. It's sad because the property is really nice.

South AfricaThe language barrier makes it a bit difficult to understand each other with the staff on the ground. There are electrical wires on the roads, and it is not good for kids to walk up and down. These should be covered as well as the stell poles that are popping from the ground other driveways. They were big roaches in our villa The price I was charged on booking.com was different from what I paid on site. On our first night, the microwave and all the two pin plugs were not working. We couldn't charge any devices, and this was only sorted out the next day after a few complaints. The main bathroom shower door is broken There were no stairs on the bunk beds for kids to climb to sleep

South Africathe sheets were not clean. we asked the cleaning ladies to change them and they did. we were only informed that you can’t access the property in a small car a week before our trip, (after the booking was made and confirmed). We were told we'd need to park our car in the town, and get taxis to the resort. This meant that we had to rely on a taxi that cost us R200 to fetch us from the resort and another R200 to take us back to the resort. no aircon in the lounge area. this is where people spend the most time and it was insanely HOT.
I liked that the staff and management was helpful when we needed assistance.
