Just a little disadvantage because no elevator, need to bring up my luggage upstairs. And please fix the toilet flush tank & piping at room 205 because it feels very inconvenient to use. Other than that, all good.

The room is spacious and comfortable. The location is strategic for those who want to stay near the airport. No hectic traffic except during Pasar Tamu on Tuesday. The receptionist is helpful.

I wish the property would have enough ironing supplies on standby because it is pretty hard to have to request for the iron and the iron board when there is only 1 in this property. And iron for my opinion is a basic neccesity for a hotel. To add wound to this problem the heat indicator for the iron which I used was already blurred so I did not know the ideal heat to apply, and it was basically a gamble when I use the iron because without me even knowing my shirt could be burnt, thankfully this did not happen as I was being too careful. There is also a leaking on my room's entrance door which have bad odour because I believe the towel been used to cover it had not been replaced for maybe 3days min. The aircond also will go off by itself for 3mins and you have to switch it on back for it to function as usual. There is also no rubbish bin in my room other than in the toilet which is equipped with a small bin.

The location is a dead neighbourhood from 6PM. But early in the morning shops open early and I like the bakery near to this accommodation. I really like all of the staff here because there are very helpful and responsible to my every need. All I have to do is to ask them for something. And most likely they are more than willing to assist me. Thank you.

Nice hotel close to the bus stop and some restaurants and a supermarket. We had an emergency and were taken to a doctor close by. Also a car to the bus stop was arranged for the next day. Very kind and helpful!

We asked the staff the evening before we left, to book a taxi at 5AM for the airport. They agreed to arrange one for us. The next morning when we checked out at this time, one of the staff members was sleeping behind the desk and told us the taxi was booked to arrive at 6AM because they couldn't find one earlier. They decided this without informing us after which the staff went back to sleep behind her desk. After we insisted on an earlier taxi, she booked a grab tax that arrived at 5:40 AM. Overall strange communication.

You have to put down a deposit of 50 Malaysian Ringgit to check in, which they return in the morning. So you do need to have some cash, (although 50 MYR is like $10US. But if we'd used all our money thinking we were flying out, or expecting to use a credit card, it wouldn't have been accepted. Also there are gaps in the room walls at the windows. You can't see the other people, but you can hear them as if they are in the same room, and they you. Our neighbors were loud up to midnight, but we ended up being loud having to deal with a cancelled flight, so might've kept them up. That's the main thing I wasn't crazy about. We paid for all 3 beds as it was the only room left, but the room only cost about $29 US.

We needed a hotel close to the airport, and this was closest at 8 miles. There was only one room left, a triplet with 3 beds. It was clean and the a/c worked.
