The food was expensive and not much variation in cuisine. All the restaurants served similar food. Very remote location, so you couldn’t easily walk to places. Not much to do activity wise for teenagers. Limited evening entertainment. It also would have been nice to have a shop on site to buy food items, gifts, souvenirs, inflatables for the pool, sun lotion etc.

Very comfortable, spacious rooms. Very Friendly and helpful staff. Not overcrowded. Lovely pools. Good gym.

At times the Reception staff were so busy that we were kept waiting with no acknowledgment. We ordered breakfast to our room early on the day we were leaving for an early morning flight. The food only arrived about 10 minutes before we had to leave so most of it was unfortunately wasted. The rooms in this luxury hotel do not reflect the other areas. They are quite old, shabby and outdated. They look and feel dirtier than what they probably are due to the fact that they just haven't been upgraded in a very long time. Upholstery was stained and quite dirty as were the walls/cupboards. The room was tidied and 'cleaned' on a daily basis but really did not feel clean at all. Bed linen was not changed and the bathroom sink was never really cleaned either. The bed linen had an odd smell. The wall between the bathroom and bedroom was frosted glass that gave you barely any privacy whilst showering. I can't see myself staying here again which is a shame as had the rooms been nicer, the resort would be truly exceptional.

Beautiful hotel on the outside, Reception area and overall location. Fantastic views all around. Clean pool and surrounding outside areas. Most of the staff were friendly - always smiling and greeting you. EXCELLENT breakfast! WOW....truly outstanding with so much variety (especially the rice pudding!)

Our rooms were a little bit tired. The Rock Pool is a bit dangerous as it has steps in it that you can’t really see. The kids room is good for older children, but not much there for toddlers.

The food was really good, especially at Tide restaurant. It was a very calm and relaxed hotel. The Spa is amazing and the gym is well kitted out. The view is stunning!

Nice resort with a nice pool. When we were there it was not crowded at all. Gym was good and the beach was great although not crystal clear water, but this wasn't because of the resort, it was how it was on that part of Langkawi.

The rooms are outdated. They could definitely use a renovation. Overall cleanliness could be better as well. The corridor leading to the rooms smelled like mold. Such in our rooms from time to time. Clean towels had stains on them. The breakfast coffee tasted bad. Don’t try their pizza!

The location is excellent, great facilities and lots of activities with Recreation centre, water sports, 3 pools, tennis courts and many more. You can spend the whole day in the resort and not bored. There were lots of choices for foods, being vegetarians we felt we had a plenty of variety.
