The rooms we got were not worth the price. Old furniture and stuff. They need to check all the items before giving the rooms to the guests ie: aircond, Tiles, bed mattress, TV. We had to change the rooms on the next day due to AC and TV were not working. Luckily the staffs were helping out. Appreciate that so much.

I was a bit disappointed with the buffet breakfast, especially given the resort’s premium pricing and reputation as a top-tier destination. The selection was quite limited and lacked the variety and quality you would typically expect from a luxury resort. Hot items were basic , and there were few international options available. For a resort of this standard, I believe the breakfast experience could be significantly elevated to match the overall quality of the stay. With more diverse choices, fresher ingredients, and improved presentation, the morning meal could become a real highlight for guests.

Price to high for what the hotel offer. Room floor was not cleaned every day. Problem with the air conditioning, One of the tv was not working well. Not enough complementary services for an hotel of this price: just the yoga lesson, the gym and few old kayak. All the other services were offered at more than the double of the price than you can find out of the hotel.

We have to stop at the Redang Jetty rather than coming straight to the hotel area. The company airline seems to be costly and operational only on certain days

The location is perfect… sandy white beach even though it is not a private beach but it’s so secluded that it felt like one. Hamdan the guest relation officer who was always helpful from the beginning of our stay until the end. The breakfast crew.. always cheerful and happy and always willing to walk extra mile for the customers The front office guys who were always greeting whenever we passed them .. The recreation boys… they are helpful and also informative about the corals and its habitat The buggy guys - who always fast in picking us up from our room.

WiFi can be patchy and weak.

The location is the treasure here- surrounded by lush green hills and the sea is clear and clean with a fine nearly white sandy beach. We stayed in the garden suites which are roomy and well equipped. The staff are friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed the dives and the snorkelling sessions arranged.

Whole hotel felt tired and a bit dilapidated. Some door handles pulled off, towel rails that were loose etc. The food was ok but very over priced for what it was.

A bit expensive....mainly the only con....was expecting a bit more corals around the island but this is not dependant of the resort (a bit less chorals than places like Saud red seai in 2023 in terms of submarine life....)

The service was awful (compared to other island resorts in Malaysia). On all lines, front desk, restaurants, etc. Just as an example: one day we had to go to am activity and we order food and drinks, food arrived one by one, drinks later, they didn't clear the table once someone had finished, some orders came three times (e.g. a pizza), some dishes run out and we were not informed until we were chasing them for our food (despite that we informed them that we were on a rush). This not only happened once but on mutiple ocassions. Once we even ordered a Marguerita pizza and it came without cheese. At the front desk you even experience difficulties trying to communicate despite the fact that they work with an international crowd. Ain at the reception of the restaurant was very good and helpful, always trying to assist. From the scuba center, "Din" was exceptional and very good with kids, he was the one who took us on two ocassions to swim with the sea turtles.

The hotel was just ok (decent room size but a bit dated/shabby). However, the beach steals the show: crystal waters, white powdery sand, coral reefs on the sides and lots of fish to see. Also, there were lots of activities to do, swim with sea turtles, release baby turtles, scub adiving, snorkeling, etc.
