The pool area on level 6 had very few lounges or seats. Not enough shade. Toilets did not have toilet paper or any provision to ever have any.

Mr CK is the best host I have ever met in my years of travelling. He was very accommodating despite me arriving at 1am due to constant flight delay. The room was clean, tidy, and very pleasant. It is equipped with all the amenities required for short term stay - washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, cutlery, spices, tea, and fridge just to name a few. The fridge even came well stocked with myriad welcome drinks to choose from. The ocean view was a bonus. Toilet is squeaky clean for OCD like me. The digital security lock provided us with a peace of mind while keeping seamless access. Parking was aplenty. Not to mention that it is situated in the heart of Kota Kinabalu. I could walk to all nearby popular eateries, bars, and market. Mr CK even provided me with a list of local delicacies to explore. Overall, I had an excellent stay. Highly recommended.

The toilet holds water in the dry area, but it's not a big deal.

It is in a great location, walkable to all the fun areas of KK or just a short grab ride if further. The check-in was smooth, and the staff replied to my WhatsApp msgs promptly. Overall, I would definitely recommend it.

I found the bed to be very firm and uncomfortable for me and the only reason I didn't give a rating of 10, so didn't sleep restfully. I'm reluctant to say anything negative as this apartment is superb otherwise.

The host was excellent with the checking process and how the room was prepared, simply beautiful. nicely decorated and quality bathroom products. Well stocked and prepared. Host provided excellent local information for our stay and was always contactable and helpful. It's a great little apartment with sea views for short or longer stayed.

Wow - we can highly recommend this place - the owner made sure we feel welcome and have everything we need, the place was clean and comfy and we were happy about the pool. The location is also great and everything is in walking distance.

Great Value, excellent location. The host, CK, was very informative and helpful. The pool has a beautiful view overlooking the sea. Only a bit of downside is that there is still a construction going on, but should finish soon.

The apartment is very modern, clean, has lots of natural light, has good pressure in the shower, strong wifi connection with personal router in the room, big TV with Netflix, a great view, and is very comfortable and safe. It’s handy having a washing machine and also a kitchenette here with a large fridge too. There is still some construction happening in the building however we haven’t found it to be an issue. The location is quite central too and walking distance to a few malls as well as restaurants and bars. There are also many options to have food delivered to the building using Grab. The host, CK, has gone above and beyond for us during our stay here. From picking us up at the airport, to sending through tons of recommendations, answering messages almost instantly, as well as stocking the fridge with water and Coca Cola, we cannot speak more highly of him. He has been absolutely wonderful and would definitely recommend this room to anyone coming to KK. We enjoyed our stay so much, we extended twice!

Clean, strategic place, nice view. The owner even give a complimentary gifts and drinks. The most considerable owner as well as ashtray were provided at the balcony. (Non smoking room).

The block is completely new, the outside area wasn't quite complete. It wasn't a problem for us but may have been an issue for families, but I'm sure will be complete by now or very soon.

Location was fantastic, opposite the Kota Kinabalu night market and walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants.

This was a fantastic place C Kv could not have done more to make the stay better All the local restaurants incl their special dishes plus all the tour operators . CK and the apartment overlooking the waterfront...fantastic Centrally located to supermarket Filipino and handicraft and night market. You could not find a better location in Kota Kinabalu

5am call to pray. The building is still being built. There was noise during day but not early and not that bad. Kids screeching in the pool was more annoying. I can’t imagine how busy the tiny pool will be once the building/hotel is complete. It’s a massive building.

Location is central with stunning view of island and the active fish market.The shower was great with hot water on demand. There are heavy curtains to block light. Kitchen had the basics and the owner kindly provided us water for the week, toilet paper, soap, shampoo…The infinity pool is lovely .
