Clean and aesthetic! The room felt very comfortable, with a cozy bed that made the stay even better. It was raining during our stay, and the staff kindly lent us umbrellas. The bathroom was spacious and fully stocked with toiletries, everything we needed was provided.

I could hear the noise from the room beside me. It kept me awake for sometime.

Love everything, the room is gorgeous, the staff is very helpful and friendly! A lot of restaurants at ground level and there’s night market as well very close to the building. Love the vibe!

The facilities and location might be no convenient for some people, and for us coming from KL, we still found it quite near and convenient to get to other places. Maybe for ladies who need to make up will bit hard for the lighting. (But lighting ambience makes the environment comfortable too)

The room design is very nice and comfortable. The bed is great too. The air conditioning is cold enough, even though the room is big. We spent most of our time in the hotel, and it was comfortable enough to stay in all day. We’ll definitely come back again.

Nothing much except for the parking space :). Oh, the water pressure is not as low as what people reviewed, its only low pressure on the bath tub which probably because of the supply of water to the bath tub.

Everything about this hotel is Chef kiss, very beautiful room, friendly staff, got refill for water outside the room. Room is very big, in fact they are very nice that they showed the other rooms to us (JIC we want to experience other rooms).

- A bit hard to locate the lift to go to Level 7. - parking is also difficult to find during the daytime at Aeropod area. - somehow, there’s no hand soap at the basin.

Bath tub is such a highlight but unfortunately, the hot water isn't working at all, so I took rain shower instead. Cleaning can be done better, to avoid having obvious dusts and water stains on the basin counter, coffee stain in the coffee machine tank, and heavy coffee scents in the cups. Suggestion: Reception staff could inform guests on their arrival, to make sure they know where the water refilling station is if they are staying in The Stone and The Oak rooms, since it's quite unnoticable.

I especially love the staff's attentiveness and friendliness, it really gave me a good impression on my first visit. Bedroom design is spacious, comfy, modern and user-friendly. Exactly like what has been shown in the pictures. The small yellow lightings do creates a soothing and romantic ambience. It's thoughtful to have light switch beside the bed as well. Love that the basin is being built outside of the bathroom, which is pretty convenient if I were to share room. Bathrobe's quality is premium, rain shower head is the best, and shower gel and shampoos are skin-allergy friendly. Capsule coffee machine and bathtub are bonus. Mini fridge and water refilling station is located at the lobby hall.

I didn't like the water pitcher the its beautiful and aesthetic but the cover is smelly. Perhaps the hotel can change the water pitcher to a more better design.

Water pressure at the bath tub is very slow if you want hot water. It has to be turned on on a smaller pressure for the water to be hot, if turn on water too high there will be no hot water.

Altho the way to it is a little hard to find but the rooms were amazing and clean.
