Next to a busy street. The motorcycles with their loud exhausts were terrible especially on the weekend. During the week it wasn't too bad. The staff could be a bit friendlier.

The room was small and basic. Bathroom could be improved with some issues with the cold water. Overall good for the price.

Have some noise if room facing the road and time when garbage car come. Better to have more shelf /hanger.

Walking distance to jetty and Gaya street. Decoration with local feel. Nice staff and allow luggage storage for 2 days when I go to Kudat.

1. Surrounded by not well-maintained old buildings. But 'hey', it's a budget accommodation location. 2. There is no table of sufficient size inside the room that caters to your belongings. 3. No lift, but I'm ok with the staircase. 4. No mini fridge. But hey, you got what you paid for. 5. During my stay, there was no water supply at this hotel. But they provided the water using baskets (upon request). This is my first experience with them on the water supply issue.

The accommodation was fine, no problems at all. Clean and comfortable with a kettle and cups in room. No drinking water dispenser and just a few sofas to sit on in the reception area. We only went here because the hostel we wanted to stay in was full. As I said, no problems and all good, just not really our kind of place to stay. Also, very good location.

Not a lot of parking. Apparently the room we picked had no windows. Very difficult check in process, with slow staffs. Because they had to cross check with what, I'm not sure. But slow.

I liked that the property was near Gaya street so it's easy for you to walk around and eat. Find food. Convenience stores were near. Nook cafe was on point and it was delicious. So was Mamacita. Fun walk.

No TV or shower cap. We could hear children's voices playing next door.

The room is clean. A bit small but for 1 night is ok. No shower cap or toothbrush/toothpaste. U have to bring your own. Front desk staff was friendly & helpful. He helped to carry our luggage upstairs when we arrived. There was a nearby laundrette to wash your clothes. The todak seafood waterfront is also not far from the hotel.

Not for those who wants a good night sleep. The hotel is very close to the main road so expect loud cars / motorbikes from night to dawn. The room I stayed in has an old aircond that made loud noises whenever it's turned on. Also since it's located in a busy street, it's not recommended to drive on your own here as parking is very hard to find.

Great location, very close to a lot of good restaurants within walking distance. Very close to malls like suria sabah and wisma merdeka too. It's a clean place with affordable rate. Friendly reception staff.
