Reviews of Sunset Seaview Vacation Condos @ Jesselton Quay

Beds were good, location was pretty good, when requested the staff brought us a pot and extra chair, nice pool and shops, really good air con, laundry was handy.

The wall had been bashed in, old rice and food was in the cupboards, there were barely any cutlery, only three chairs, kitchen was distinctly less equiped than what they said, wifi wasn't working, no cleaning supplies, paint was coming off the walls, the bathroom was dirty and smelt like smoke.

The view was okay

The facilities are old and basic, and it was very loud outside. A lot of noise.

Location

I stayed at the same building before but with a different service provider. Sunset Seaview vacation condo is so much worse. First the parking needs to pay RM15 . The other service provider is free. Next the check out time is 11 am. The other service provider is 12pm The TV is so small, 34", not smart TV? The other service provider is 55" at least, Smart TV (I don't have measuring tape) The TV controller is broken The bed sheet is smelly. The shower knob is boken

apartment location is superb!

upon arriving, the unit was smelly! it looks neat and clean but the smell really dissapointing. the toilet is also smelly. the matress was wornout. not comfortable at all. they gave us a very thin pillow. the flooring was also off. it seems like the unit is not well maintain. parking is not provided too!

The location was good for our one night stay, it was clean and communication was good with the owner.

The interior was great and clean.neat and comfortable

The bed a bit hard.so far everything is good.

The place is spacious , very clean. with Netflix can watching. Have convenient store downstairs and some restaurants. Very good price , for four person. Highly recommended.

Only one toilet, please be patient. the pool is under construction, can’t swim yet. The apartment is still very new, still under construction. A little hard to find this condo because that have a name same with this place

Seaview is beautifull Its my second stay here Basic facitities complete

The positives of this place was the location and the swimming pool. Also the view from our lounge room was great. Also very handy all the shops in the complex. Make sure you go to the Howdy Grillhouse if you stay here. Great Food.

The furniture inside the unit that was allocated to us was disppointing and bland. A great couch would have been excellent. The one couch that was in the room was leaning on the window and you couldn't look out at the great view. We discovered that the bed was broken. Also the bathroom stank.
