MalaysiaThe hotel management should consider improving the entrance and signboard. When I first arrived, I hesitated, unsure if I was at the right hotel, as it looked abandoned from a distance. Additionally, the entrance is located on the other side, whereas it would be more convenient at the first turn from the road. The hotel itself is good, but a renovation of the entrance and an upgraded signboard would enhance its appeal and create a better first impression.
The staff was very helpful. The hotel has a lift, making it easy to go up with a lot of luggage. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was cold. We had a great night's sleep.
