All was perfect. If anything, perhaps add two simple chairs on the balcony, as the views are fantastic.

We liked the combined benefits from the stunning views over KK and the sea, the fantastic cleanliness, nice selection of furniture and kitchen set up, all well lit, and you could see that the apartment is relatively new and well maintained. The staff at the arrival area where nice and helpful, and the apartment owner was super nice, fast-responding on messages, and well-organized, as a true professional who really cared. After our day out on Christmas day we received a nice Christmas cake in our fridge, and also, daily fresh towels. Internet connection was good and fast for many devices. TV Netflix easy to sign in & use. Easy to call Grab, always arriving in 5 minutes. We are family with 2 grown up kids

Pristine clean rooms. Big lovely apartment with a free water dispenser. Exceeded expecations. Blown away by the sunset view from the top floor. Note the airplane sound is indeed very loud but we didnt hear it after falling asleep.

The parking is a bit inconvenient. The beds and pillows are lousy

spacious apartment..excellent host..location near the airport..view from the room balcony was awesome..as we arrived late at night we cannot watch the sunset..so sad about that..will definitely repeat this hotel if we go to KK again..

If I have to say it, the cabinets have a bit of a smell. I don’t know why, but it doesn’t affect my stay. I hope the owner can look into this problem.

The hotel is very spacious and very clean. Everything is new and the stay is very comfortable. The automatic parking location saved us a lot of time. The location is also very good. There were 7 people staying in the hotel and we didn't feel crowded at all.

We loved the place. Large windows with great views, modern flat, friendly owner, well equipped flat with nice helpful things (coffee, washing powder), great roof pool with amazing view on descending planes. Close to the sunset beach. We fully recommend.

The sound of air plane during touch down is loud. The kitchen tools could be upgraded.

The Owner was very responsive and the unit was clean. It is very near to AirPort and the View was great.

Close to the airport and Tanjung Aru, and a short taxi ride to Jesselton Jetty. The apartment was very spacious, clean and had great facilities.

The water pressure for shower was low and the iron facilities could be improved. Mattresses were a lil hard and pillows could be added too.

The place was very clean and comfortable. Wong who liased with us was extremely helpful, attentive and made sure we were very comfortable. We stayed 4 days 3 nights and they even gave us fresh towels to change. 12 mins from the airport hence it was convenient. Good security system. Brand new couch that sits 3 people, free netflix, clean fridge, microwave oven and toaster oven were bonuses. Overall great stay! The cabinets underneath didn't have any musty smell and the plates, cutleries were also in new, good condition.

The room is clean and pretty. It's comfortable and you can enjoy a nice city view and ocean view from the patio. The facilities provided are in good condition too.

Nothing in particular, it was near perfect.

The telescope, the beds, the bathrooms, very free space, a lot of ACs overall 10/10 would highly recommend.
