Nothing much to not like. The breakfast buffet could be improved in terms of taste. If the hotel room is breakfast included, you need to wow the guests with what you feed them. I also noticed that the Eggstation menu had two errors whereby the description of Sunny Side Up and Over Easy got mixed up somehow. For Sunny Side Up, you fry on one side only and do not flip the egg in contrast to Over Easy. I will upload the photo for that.

From the staff to the bedroom to the bathroom, it was all amazing. This time I also managed to get a private parking space in front of the hotel for one night and it was supee convenient.

The room is on the smaller size, compared to other hotels. There is limited parking, good to park at the hotel earlier to avoid parking outside.

Nothing - great location!

Great stay! Located at the heart of Miri it within easy reach of the things you might want to see or do. Close to Mings for a good night out. Great facilities and smaller than some of the bigger alternatives which means it’s kept cleaner and is just different - very trendy. Staff friendly and really helpful. Rooms Cody but modern. Car parking on site!

The area by the pool though great for a drink is not super comfi to hang out in a swimsuit as there were no loungers The cushions on the seats were somehow missing the day I used the facilities.

Very beautifully designed property. The room was very comfortable and I liked the design. The great plus was that the bathrooms had a built in water filter for drinking water which cuts plastic and makes drinking water safe. Awesome. More properties should do that. There is a decent gym with lots of free weights and a rowing machine and a treadmill. The breakfast was very tasty and great. The staff be it at reception, at breakfast, at the bar, at the entrance were smiling, courteous, professional and helpful. I would definitely go back.

Rooftop pool was a bit on the small side (but expected). Since the car parking was so secure, you can't go back to the car to collect things that you've forgotten, so best to make sure you have everything ready. Well, you can access your car, but it is a bit troublesome. Potentially, if you want easier access to your car, you could book one of the limited parking in front of the lobby.

Good stay in the middle of Miri. New, rooms with great decor, comfortable beds. Relatively decent sound-proofing. Good water pressure for the showers and comfortable clean bathrooms with bidet. Good selection for breakfast. Rooftop pool. Cars were stored very securely.

Spacious and comfortable room. It was quiet, despite the dj was djing right on top of the room in the roof bar the first night. The breakfast is amazing, with plenty of choice. Food courts and a pub are just across the street. The automatic parking was fine. We had a very pleasant stay.

Swimming pool located at roof top is pretty small in size.

Location is strategic with nearby convenience stores around and atractiobe within walking distance. Like the 55inch size TV and comfy beds. Also like the bottomless filtered water.

Room is great for sleeping, very comfy beds. Great shower. It's just very small, no room to do my yoga practice ;-)

Everything: location, staff, ease of parking, price, facilities, food, drinks, service. Gym is very small but good for 1 with a great selection of dumbbells and a bench with 3 or 4 cardio machines. No rack or barbell. Roof top bar with tiny pool is gorgeous, great sea and city views. Perfect for watching sunsets! Delicious oysters and nachos, fab mocktails and cocktails.

The location was fantastic and the staff were super friendly. They allowed me to check in early which was a bonus and the room was extremely clean and tidy. This was my second time staying here and I would recommend it to anyone!

Cleaner entered the room despite there was no request for room cleaning services. Did not have a strong SOP before entering guest room as there was no knocking or ringing door bell. Coincidentally taking a shower at room when the cleaner barrage in as a surprise. Not to mention, this happened on Day 2 morning of my 2 night stay.
