Right in the centre. Excellent communication with owner

The room had no airing and was damp, clean sheets but stained.

Perfect location

It was easy to locate, and straightforward check-in

I saw cockroach in the bathroom, hair on the floor, and used towels in the room. No window. I was given thinnest towels and the owner told me they ran out of good towels. “Shower gel” provided was diluted with water. The house was dark and dull, no ventilation.

The location is excellent, you can go walking to.the waterfront, to the bridge, the mosque, the mall,... The owner was always trying to help us with info and transportation.

It's a 2 floor room, so it has stairs, but It was not a problem for us.

Second time staying at the guesthouse. Great location. Smooth self-check-in. Private bathroom. Shared patio. Nice artwork. Good wifi. Universal socket in the room. Wonderful host, easy to communicate with and very friendly.

Fantastic location right in the centre of the old town, walking distance to the waterfront, multiple restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Very easy self check-in process. Cozy room in a renovated traditional house. Attached private bathroom (rare in the old town!). Outside patio where you can relax after a day of sightseeing. And last but not least, the friendly and helpful host, easy to communicate with and very responsive, giving us loads of useful information about the local attractions.

We actually stayed in 4 different places in Kuching and this was our favorite. The location can't be beat - so convenient to great restaurants, the waterfront and the mall with supermarket. We love the style of the room and it was perfect for our family of 3. The owner was super accommodating and the room came equipped with everything we needed. Thanks.

Guesthouse is not just a very convinient to walk to look for great leisure such the waterfront,local foodies and great location to some educational hub and historical places, it has a great simple image yet amazed the guests for the vintage wooden made and good vibes.highly recomended to stay in this guesthouse to enjoy the heart of the city and probably for those who loves outdoor adventures,Lima Tujoh guesthouse provides it own good rest for the night and peaceful environtment!..nevertheless,worth the price and a good rest!

Room was clean, bottled water was provided and the location was steps from the main street of Kuching

I booked the single room which shares a wall with the room next door, including a random sliding door which, while I was in the room, another guest was able to unlock the sliding door and open it into my room. Creepy! Why does this exist? Also, for most of my stay, the bathroom didn't have toilet paper and the bathroom door lock was barely being held together

Great location, cheap, free water bottles, internet worked, hot water worked 90% of time

1. We arrived and bedsheets were already stained 2. Very awkward slim room of two levels and only small winding stairs. Not enough space on stairs to bring up a suitcase (we had backpacks and that was already difficult) 3. Bed was a pull out couch ish thing with a big, uncomfortable gap in between mattresses. 4. Water stopped working on 2nd night for a few hours during evening- prime shower time before bed. 5. No space for a chair/no chair 6. Could not leave suitcases in hallway for a few hours on day of check out. 7. Come back to cockroaches in room 2/3 nights after day program (I realize it’s a tropical climate and urban - but still, those are pretty bad sample odds) 8. Room with only small milky window in roof, not openable, no view. 9. Window was not tight so we had mosquitos in room in the evening/night (+ a cool gecko which gives plus points) and some water on floor from dripping after rain

Lots of space. An ammazing location. Comfortable self check in. Really nice atmosphere in the room.

It could have been cleaner, as we found a lot of dark hair in various places.

I really enjoyed my stay. Richard, the host, was very kind. He send us a lot of useful information with what to do in Kuching and was always willing to help. I forgot my T-shirt in the hostal and he did everything he could to return it to me! Thank you very much Richard!

Great location Walking distance to every where Comfy room and bed The host Mr Lee is very nice and thank you for all your arrangement. Especially with my luggage and also a quick check-in as I arrived earlier than expected.
