Very clean, well equipped and with a fantastic terrace. Host help us with luggage storage.

Swimming pool is closed on Sunday

Location was further out of the main city area, but perfect for us as we like walking and also had a car rental. It also meant that the traffic was quieter near the property. Having a washing machine and somewhere to hang our wet clothes was great. Bathroom was a wet room style, was clean and shower had a water heater for hot showers. Sarawak coffee bags were provided which was a nice touch. Ice cube tray and freezer/fridge were also very useful. Balcony views were stunning for sunset and for sitting outside for a slow chill mornings. Very clear instructions on how to find the key and the parking spot in the basement of the property. Iron and ironing board provided and both in good working condition. We would happily stay here again.

We found that the smell from the drain in the kitchen would enter the room whilst we were not using the sink, so on a few occasions would come back to the flat to a musty smell. I’m not sure that this could be avoided and I would say it is common with these types of drain having experienced the same in other similar properties in Sarawak. We simply opened the doors to air the room out.

THE view. The comfort of the room, everything was modern, sparkling clean and new. One of the best mattress we’ve ever experienced in our life. The washing machine including soap The swimming pool. The smooth communication with the team via WhatsApp (they even helped us to find a last minute tour to Bako national park)

Maybe make it clearer that it is not a one bedroom apartment but a studio/flat

The room was comfortable and clean. The washing machine worked fine. The pool was also pretty nice.

It is not very centrally located however grab works just fine. There are shops and restaurants around.

Location a little further out than we thought and not able to walk along the river from here but easily accessible to China town and a walk in to town. Beautiful sunset from generous balcony, super clean and comfortable with fantastic room facilities. Communication exceptional from host!

Pool was lovely but not accommodating as there were no pool towels, seating, tables or comfortable areas to read or chill out.

Minimalist concept apartment that really suitable for small family. Very reccommended, sure will repeat it again.

The view, location and cleanliness that I satisfied. For better improvement it would be better if there is a mirror other than in the bathroom

Very comfortable 2 night stay. Nice airy apartment, balcony, air-conditioning and some nice homely touches. The bathroom was good, hot water pretty much instant. Washing machine and detergent supplied was advantageous for us. There is provision to cook but who wants too on holidays!! :) Plenty of places to eat nearby. Beds are fairly comfortable and good selection of pillows. It's a 15min walk to Kuching waterfront where it's all happens at night. The use of the pool is good too. Communication was great through WhatsApp and was even able to check in early. Thanks again.

Check in was overly complicated, I'm sure there could be a simpler solution. To get to the pool, take lift to nearest level then walk down stairwell to pool level. We felt there maybe a body corporate issue with homestay guests as we were knowingly having photos taken of us in the pool area. Because of this feeling we only used the pool once.
