One set of keys for 3 people (when the property requires the key for power was annoying, it meant we could not split our group up and donour own things. However the property managers sorted us with a second key within a couple of days. They did not charge us for this but said that normally an additional deposit is required, (seems normal in this part of the world) If believe the is room had enough beds for 5 or possibly more (4 double beds and a single bed) 1 shower/toilet that was in one room would be an issue for a larger group. It was just enough for 3 Also had a small ant issue, property manager offered to come and clean the apt and track down issue.

Spacious enough for 3 people to have their own space. Property owners were contactable 24/7 via WhatsApp even tho they have core working hours A number of 24h convenience stores on the bottom floor of the apartments and a a good selection of restaurants. Very close to the waterfront (20-30 minute walk )and near to a mall also. Property manager was great at offering recommendations for out wait until check in.

Owner very helpful and fast response even though business hour untill 6pm. Room is more than enough. Near shop for sure. Near shopping mall took 7min to arrive. Recommended

The beds were uncomfortable and some of the apartment could have been a bit cleaner but overall not too bad.

The apartment was in a good location. The facilities were good. The host was very helpful over WhatsApp. I would definitely recommend eating at “Mr Bao” (a restaurant under the apartments)- the food was amazing

Pillows were hard. Only one room keycard given so challenging to go out and in. And pool was out of service first two days which was disappointing

The Infinity pool was very nice, but unfortunately was closed for the first 2 days. I also liked the location near to malls, Sutera resort and generally close to everything.

Only minor issue we had was the aircon in the living area — it was leaking , so we had to place a bucket to keep the floor dry. But honestly, it wasn’t a big deal for us and didn’t affect our stay.

Had a great stay at Keen Suites Sutera Avenue! The place was clean and well-maintained. Location is super convenient — lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, a mall within walking distance, and it's also close to the airport. A really nice place to relax and unwind. Would definitely stay again!

For Improvement in future.. - Need check back water pressure to slow at toilet area especially shower. - Pipe toilet difficult/hard to open for adult. - Sink area many ants - Better can add more utensils such as.. Plate, bowl, spoon,Scissor, extra cooking pot easy for family group have kids and many food need to served.

Even small space but kitchen tools area complete especially have microwave.. GOOD JOB..
