More sun beds by the pool would be nice. 6 beds for the entire complex is just very little! The location is not the best for exploring the city, except if you want to go island hopping in TARP. Grab is very easy though.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. It was very clean and comfortable, really a home far from home. :-) Also a great view and a lovely pool. The self check-in was very easy and convenient.

Fantastic view and wonderful sunsets at the infinity pool. Lovely apartment. Spacious, fresh, comfortable, quiet, very clean. Perfect location for boat trips, next to the jetty, and also a short stroll to the shopping centre, market and great restaurants. There are launderettes and a convenience store on the block. Excellent communication/accessing property etc.

On our first night, December 24th, we could hear party noises from outside.

The view is stunning, and the unit is spacious, making it our top-rated homestay experience in KK city. It boasts a fantastic location, reliable Wi-Fi, a large TV, and comfortable beds. Self-check-in was seamless, and the staff was easily reachable via text, highly responsive, and provided prompt service. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip to KK.

Grab car service rarely come in to pick up at the Tower 1 designated pickup/dropoff area, they would want you to walk across the street to the main road, which is a bit challenging for family with small kids/elderly/heavy luggages. Not the hotel’s fault but this problem applies to all Tower 1 units.

The view is phenomenal and the unit is spacious, our best rated homestay experience in KK city. If you have a car, please loan a parking pass from the hotel as the access to the parking needs a Malaysian issued credit or debit card, they are touchless and cashless so just take note of that. Self checkin, keys are accessible from the sky lobby on 32nd floor. Staff is reachable via text, they are responsive and service is prompt, will definitely stay again in our next trip to KK.

Great apartment stay. Smooth check-in thanks to receiving very detailed instructions via email by owner or agent. Apartment is nicely decorated and super functional (e.g. multi country plus adapter), really enjoyed the water views as well. Owner was also very responsive via booking.com messenger. Can highly recommend staying there at this little gem!

Not the fault of the apartment owner but the lifts all broke down one evening and we had to climb 21 flights of stairs to the apartment. the next day only one of the 4 lifts was working. The pool is nice but there are only 6 beds for everyone staying in 2 tower blocks.

Cooking utensils needs updating, 3 plates for 4 people, just a few things would be beneficial, like a couple of platters No toaster, no hot water in kitchen sink. It is marketed as self-contained but it's not really, 1 fry pan, 1 saucepan whilst the apartment was clean, the shower screens just needed a little more cleaning, also a couple more pillow, 4 people 6 pillow in total.

Really spacious apartment with great views and facilities within the building. The inbuilt water filter was really handy and good to be able to reduce single use water bottles.

Parking in the big downstairs parking lot was easy enough, but at first I was worried it would be expensive. I was happy to find out it is a maximum of RM15 per park, but if you pop in and out it can add up.

Location was great and the the high 21st floor was just right to avoid the traffic noise. It was a great location also to watch the sunset.

If I had to put something it would be that there was no window covering on some windows in the bedrooms. I know this may be tricky due to the air conditioning unit, but it would have made it more pleasantly dark. Also the shower had no pressure in the spare bathroom- but as we didn’t need it, there was no problem.

Everything! Lovely touches everywhere, plenty of space. Comfortable, great views, flexible location for getting out and about. Fab, quiet air con.

We got woken up every morning early to the sound of construction work and very loud drilling sounds from above us, and were not told about this in advance which was a bit disappointing. When we arrived we had to walk up a long car park ramp, pushing our heavy suitcases the whole way up, we were sweating by the end of it! There’s no other way to access the building until you’ve got your key so check in isn’t the easiest.

Great location if you are wishing to use it as a base to island hop - the ferry port is right next to the apartment building. Apartment had lots of space and the beds were comfortable.

Nothing. The staff responded quickly to a request for an extra key and were very happy with our stay.

The apartment is well furnished and very comfortable with fantastic views. It's also a stones throw away from the shopping centre and Jesselton quay, so very convenient.
