The food and drink are a touch expensive, and there was a small mistake with the timing of our spa booking. But very minor things nowhere near enough to make us not stay here again in future!

We stay here every time we come to Kota Kinabalu. It’s an exceptionally good hotel with really great staff. The facilities - including the gym and spa - are really very good good. The breakfast is spectacular and the pool bar is a really nice place to hang out (and they have craft beer!). The rooms themselves are extremely clean, well equipped, comfortable, and spacious.

The door for the toilet was very hard to move.

The aircon was great and the room space was nice. Easy to move around.

The hotel was quite dated and feel the rooms are in need of renovation, in particular the bathroom

Property was in a good location and had good facilities, as well as a great breakfast with plenty of choices! Staff were attentive and friendly.

Some of it needs renovation for example lifts, doors, carpets, corridors. It shows its age of construction, the 70’s, in some areas.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Room was clean. Breakfast was very good as was lounge and the Regency club lounge.

The lifts were slow and one was out of order during a busy time. The electronic key card to open the door was dodgy. Some other guests were rude in terms of pushing in queues, talking loudly etc.

The location was perfect on the seafront. A decent selection of food at the breakfast buffet. Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. The gym is nice and open 24 hours. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Tv still old school type no.TV box or TV wifi..need to watch movie from our phone. For Car park 1st come 1st serve..but if during peak hours we didnt have a choice to blocking other customer or we need to park outside from the hotel area.

Location very strategic. Food for breakfast alot of choice but it depends on our taste..some we like some are not. So far so good.

    1) The TV is so outdated. It was raining and the satellite dish could receive. When there was reception, the display was grainy. Time to change the TV to an internet TV so that we can watch Youtube. We no longer watch cable TV. 2) the spout of the tap at the was basin was too short. It should end above the sink's drainage hole.

Friendly staff. Clean room. Nice conservative deco. Location of the hotel near to the seafood centre was excellent. This was our second stay at the hotel. The first was in January 2025.

Many rooms, including ours faced the internal atrium, meaning we didn’t have a proper window. Our ‘window’ was basically fake with opaque glass. We got used to it, but it was a bit weird and unexpected.

Well situated hotel with lovely staff. Pool area provided a welcome retreat from the hustle and bustle of town and was a great spot to view the sunset. Public areas were very nice.

I was in room 442 standard room, it was a very clean room with a comfortable bed, however the room could do with refurbishment. No big issue.
