Excellent hotel. Great location Receptionist was wonderful

Walking distance to alot of places.

People smoking in the other room where the smell gets into our room although it states no smoking.

Location and price point is great. Rooms were clean and comfortable, AC worked well. Staff were really friendly too and let us leave our luggage whilst we went on a trip to Brunei. We stayed three times in the end!

No elevator so be prepped to carry your luggage up! In one of the room types the beds are mattresses on the floor, was a bit uncomfortable at times. We stayed in a different room type and the bed was perfect tho

It was at a very good location and very central and the building was in pretty decent shape, as well. The bathroom was to my liking. There was a fridge. Bed was comfy enough.

I wish there was a place to work on my laptop.

There is no elevator, safe box was not working

Great location in KK, self laundry service next door and 7/11 across the street. Large spacious flat which felt very homey, with sofa and TV set up. Self check in and out service was explained very over WhatsApp making the process of checking in much easier. Staff often around if you need them for anything

Cheap, big and tidy room

No elevator, position is close to city centre but at night it's a bit sketchy, you may be approached by prostitutes or clochards but it's quite common sadly

Staff were friendly and attentive.. Room was very small bedding was clean but old. Inexpensive for the budget concious and fairly well located to the harbour.

Property is well past it's prime. No eleveator, not an issue for us but may be for others. Room was very small and furnishings well worn. Horrible smell of sewer gas in the bathroom that would not go away..

Awesome location, plenty of shops around, and it's close to a self-service laundry. Staff were super helpful and nice.

The AC in Room 204 wasn't cool enough, and there's no lift, so carrying bags upstairs was a bit of a workout.

Loved our stay here, we even extend our trip here. I'm such a great location . We stayed in the minimalist room for the first few nights, this room is spacious, clean and comfortable. We stayed one night in the Victorian room. It is also nice but not as spacious. If you're looking for better value for money I would choose the minimalist room.
