Good location for us as close to airport and we arrived in middle of night. Flew out again next morning. Room basic but covered area with grapevines outside nice touch. Great communication and easy access to get key after hours.

Upper floor too narrow and and flooding during rainy. Perhaps, the property is quite new so it looks clean with minimum maintenance. Please keep it up the standard.

Internet was not working at all in the morning,no staff to call a taxi. I have to walk 15 minutes to airport on the fast car road, with no sidewalk.

Would've been perfect if the internet wasn't down during my 1 day stay, phone could connect to wifi but there was no internet, could be the problem with the ISP. The sound of vehicles speeding through during midnight was annoying, but given the convenient location right next to the highway, it can't be helped. And would've been more convenient for us if they provided single use toothbrush kit and shaving kit.

Admin Nourie helped me changed my reservation twice because my flight was cancelled and I told her the wrong date. Much obliged to her leniency and assistance! I wouldn't be able to secure a stay here if it wasn't for her help!! Bed was very comfortable, toilet was very clean, up to hotel standard.

No WiFi except in reception area. Absolutely no amenities. Vending machine empty. Kettle in room with 2 mugs, 1 spoon, 2 tea bags - no creamer or sugar. 2 staff sitting at only table in ‘garden’ area which is concrete but has overhead grape vines. The staff assisted in locating room key, and was never seen after that. No helpful staff for local restaurant assistance or for anything else. Disappointing.

Close to airport, convenient. Room and attached private bathroom were very clean. Bedding and towels clean. Fairly quiet.

Arrived early hours of the morning and the key was in the lockbox as messaged to me, so easy after hours access. Grab from airport 01.00hrs=7 MYR and 04.00 hrs=5MYR. Large clean room and en suite. Well equipped outdoor kitchen=utensils, pans, crockery and cutlery. Kettle and tea/coffee in room and hairdryer. Hot shower. Comfortable bed. Recommend for airport proximity--can't comment on locality

I didn’t venture out as arrived late and checked out early next morning but I didn’t see anything close by in terms of shops or restaurants (except one Indian restaurant which was closed when I passed by). Better bring everything you need with you or eat/drink before arriving.

Close to the aiport (5 mins taxi ride) but in a quiet area. Self check-in worked well as did self check-out. Room was basic but clean and functional.
