The room was a bit noisy as people will pass they made noise and eight people in the room made noise it's only about a hundred square feet

It is very clean and feels very homey. It’s easy to meet people here and they can arrange all the popular tours and activities in KK for you.

My room didn't have bed curtains, but i didn't really mind. If you prefer some extra privacy, you could choose a room with one of the capsule beds that do have curtains or you can use your towel as curtain.

This is such a nice hostel! The staff is really kind and the facilities are amazing. Everything is so clean. The beds are really comfortable and the lockers are big. Every bed has their own reading lamp and powersocket. I personally loved the bathrooms the most; 1 seperate toilet and shower and 4 more combined spaces, but with shower curtain so the whole bathroom doesn't get wet when you take a shower. Lots of space around the sinks outside of the showers. Also lots of hanging space in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Free towels. There's a smoking area and a hanging space on the inside balcony for all of your wet beach wear. There's also a laundry service if you need it. The common room is cosy and has a nice vibe; social enough. There's a kitchen to share and a water tap.

Nothing. Everything was excellent.

The staff were superb. Sya the receptionist in particular is very hospitable and helpful: no task or question will make her flinch or nervous. She is incredibly helpful and a net positive to the hostel with her work attitude. The housekeeping cleaners are very diligent with their work and never slacked off. Smoking corner has good ventilation and there is plenty of seating and power outlets. Also a tv with cable and spare computer, card games and board games. Laundry is affordable at 12 MYR for dry and wash and the staff will help you with it. There are ample toilets and shower and the place is very clean. Lots of hooks to hang your clothes. You can leave your bags and relax in the common area after checking out. The private room was extremely comfortable and spacious and the AC was strong. Tours are on offer and you pay in cash. Staff know exactly what they are doing and they are honest - I forgot to take out my money from my shorts pocket and the staff returned it to me promptly when doing my laundry. Very easy to make new friends here and it is a social place. Will come back!!!!!

No private bathroom option available, but I already knew that before booking. I would still come here again though.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I had such a cosy and comfortable stay. The interior design of this hostel is amazing, better than your typical hotel. I enjoyed all the desk space, and the USB chargers everywhere. The staff do an amazing job keeping it clean. The location was in a nice, modern area near shopping centres and close to the waterfront walk.

Very clean, well distributed, great location and incredible helpful staff. From the moment you arrived you feel welcomed and cozy. There’s also a washing machine and dryer available with an extra fee. They help you organise day trips with their partnerships and they have good deals. Online check In is also very well explained.

If you stay near the kitchen/shared area you hear everything! There was a guy who had the loudest voice and would not stop playing his guitar and singing at people until the very early hours! Normally wouldn’t bother me but I was so sleep deprived and had really bad sleep while I was at the hostel. There’s no one around after 9pm to make sure this kind of thing doesn’t happen if it’s not everyone’s vibe (didn’t seem like that kind of hostel). Also location is quite far from centre but walkable / Grabs can get you, but be warned the grabs are very unreliable so give yourself loads of time getting around

Really clean hostel, great vibe and lovely people who worked there! They let us store our luggage for a week for a very reasonable fee (cheaper than airport) after we stayed so we can travel to the jungle a little lighter

Everything! It was super comfortable, lovely communal area, smoking area. We stayed in the dorm for 3 nights and the beds are so spacious and comfortable, we then extended and we got upgraded to a king size free of charge and that room was gorgeous! The facilities were always clean and plenty of space in the toilets/showers with hooks and rack to hang your things. Would definitely stay again, wish there were more hostels like this one

On the day of check in, there was a lot of noise in the lobby until the early hours of the morning. I brought earplugs, which had little impact on me.
