Sound proofing not the best, we can kinda hear the neighbours talking or when they open or close the doors etc but not too big of an issue for us because our neighbours are decent enough to keep it down at night.

Room was decent, clean and comfortable, toiletries provided. Blackout curtains are great for those who need to catch some sleep beyond sunrise hours. I like the location too, as it is not too far from a few places we planned to visit. Pharmacy, 24h mart and restaurants just a few steps away. Staff are friendly always have the biggest smile that makes you feel so welcomed and very helpful.

Only one English speaking channel on TV.(Bloomberg). The breakfast food needed to be hotter in temperature in the buffet warmers. Lacking fresh fruit and real fruit juice. Otherwise OK.

The location is excellent! The staff was friendly and helpful. A nice large shower with good hot water flow on level 9. All comfortable.

The area surrounding it although was full of food area, comes with the downsides of noise and could be seen unwelcomed due to many locals that crowd around this area especially at night

U have to call for housekeeping in case u need to clear your rubbish bin, to top up few things. They will entertain just u need to call them. For some people its a hassle

The staff was helpful. The location was good (one of the main reasons I chose this hotel). The hotel was reasonably priced. The hotel was modern and clean and the rooms were decent size and so were the bathrooms. Basic amenities were provided and that was good. Closeby many cafes and shops/pharmacies. About 1 km or slightly more walk to the water front and other malls.

My room was upgraded to a bigger room, however, the big room had some minor leakage. it did affected my clothing but very minor. I have alerted the staff upon checking out, hopefully they will fix it soon.

The staff are friendly, and the bed are good. The breakfast buffet has good range and I love the location being so near to the Sabah Centre Point, and of course, Borenos!

The room space. I booked the twin room hoping that the room was bigger. But to my dissapointment it was the same room as single. They just crammed the bed next to it. For the price ibpaid, i could get a larger room elsewhere

The variety of the buffet breakfast can be improved. Not much of choices. However, for those wish for a quick bite, it's worth the money.

The hotel location is strategic. Walking distance to the local seafood restaurant. Convenient for tourist who desire for nice seafood meal. Easy access by Grab or taxi.
