Bed mattress was a little on the softer side than our preference.

The staff were very proactive and communicated how to get to the hotel few days in advance of the booking. They gave good and clear direction on how to get there. Room was clean, amenities were available (slippers, soap, water) and generally a present stay.

This is a residence, not a hotel. Be ready to walk up 3 flights of stairs with your bags. Rooms are great, but there are no extras like a pool or restaurant. We were very happy

Very nice rooms and super helpful staff. Shower was great! What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. It is walking distance to most attractions and lots of restaurants and shops right in the area. We enjoyed our stay very much!

A bit small but enough.

Small but clean and well equipped with everything a traveller needs. 3 power outlets with 220 and 110v(out standing), charging kits with different adapters. There's even a luggage scale in the hallway. A staff meeting at ground floor and handed the keys, then total self service. But, the owner sent messages every now and then asking if everything is ok. Very helpful and nice.

The room at ACJ residence was very comfortable with great facilities such as electric blinds, movie streaming on the TV and great shower. The hosts are welcoming, very helpful and responsive over WhatsApp. We stayed here twice during our stay in Borneo and we're very pleased both times. The property is in a good location and is walking distance to the night market and ocean as well as in a good pickup area for tours. I would definitely recommend this property.

I liked everything.

I liked the room, the location and the amazing communication from the hosts. The WiFi works perfectly, nice and hot shower and comfy bed. Location-wise; it is great, lots of resturants nearby, a local gym, currency exchage and pharmacy.

Amazing bright and spacious room, which has everything you need. Very high tech and comfortable. The bed is great, the desk is very useful for work, and everything is spotlessly clean. The staff is lovely and very helpful.

Everything was exceptional before arrival messages to give details on location very detailed great service when I arrived they had someone meet me as it was night carry my luggage checked to make sure everything was okay when got to my room and still providing excellent service this is one of the best places I have stayed at that go out of their way even up to check out so very helpful highly recommended to stay here the little touches that are added to the room amazing as well charging equipment ect plus bonus

The location and building aren't very nice but it's close enough to the centre and to the seaside, and you can get a grab easily.

The room is very comfortable and clean. There is coffee, tea, and water constantly getting replenished. The staff was very helpful. Big plus - very good channels on tv , including HBO.
