Excellent communication and the host Cesar made us feel welcome from the first moment and always answered our questions and accommodated our needs. The apartment was spacious, the bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook (fridge, stove, oven) and the terrace was amazing with privacy. Housekeeping and change of sheets/towels on request for free. There were umbrellas and snorkeling gear to lend for free and we got to keep the room until 2 pm on the day we were leaving. The location was amazing in PE, walkable to 4 beaches perfect for swimming and the small main street with shops and restaurants. Calmer area than La Punta perfect for couples, families or the ones that want some more quiet.

There were mini ants and (very small) cockroaches in the kitchen sometimes, it could probably be fixed with a spray from the super nice cleaning ladies :)

The owner/ manager of the suites was very friendly and made our stay easy and more comfortable. He provided us beach equipment , snorkels, fins, surfingboards and beach towels. Our flight was at 10 p.m., and he allowed us to use the swimming pool, shower and all services as long as we wanted. We had a very pleasant stayed. Thanks a lot César!

The place was just as described and the hosts were really responsive, nice and professional. The location here is great because you are really close to Carrizalillo beach, which was our favorite beach in Puerto Escondido.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. We really appreciated having unlimited drinking water, beach towels/umbrella, and coffee provided, plus cleaning every two days. The bed was extremely comfortable and the aircon was great (we decided to pay the extra per day for this). The balcony was large and has lovely plants but ours got quite hot in the afternoon/evening. We enjoyed being in a quieter part of town near nice, swim-able beaches (bonus to have the pool to cool down after the sweaty walk home).

The address/instructions for finding the property could have been clearer. The shower head in our apartment desperately needs replaced.

You need to pay extra for aircon (and the fans don’t do much inside the rooms) - would recommend the aircon as it gets hot at night!

It was very well located close to 3 beaches and great restaurants for breakfast and for dinner. It had great internet for me to take video calls on. The owner was very attentive and helpful throughout the entire stay I would highly recommend this place and will be staying here again when I return.

The location is a 10 min walk to the beach, but know the closest beach comes with like 100 steps making it not friendly for someone with mobility issues. Some great options for breakfast. Quiet beach town (at least in the winter) The water temp and pressure. There was more than enough hot water for the two of us. Free drinking water. The staff was great, kind, and offered to help a lot. She didn’t speak English, and spoke Spanish so fast, but she sent her recs via WhatsApp

You have to pay extra, per day for the air conditioning, it is not included in the price. The bed was not comfortable as it had a dip in the middle so I ended up sleeping near the edge of the bed. You can technically see the ocean, but a ocean view should not be a factor in the room.

The location was great. Just outside the centre of town but near to three beaches and with plenty of restaurants, tour operators and basic shops nearby. The hosts were brilliant. Welcoming, knowledgeable and providing beach equipment for use if wanted- beach towels, snorkels, beach umbrella. Swimming pool clean and refreshing with outdoor shower. We were offered a choice of suites following arrival and ability to leave our suitcases whilst awaiting check in time. We opted for the ground floor suite with patio, sofas and hammock abutting the swimming pool. Large suite with well equipped kitchen for two and drinkable water supplied. Plenty of hot water. Could not have asked for better or more. Very, very happy.

No criticism whatsoever as not the hosts fault, but on Booking.com we asked for properties with aircon and this property came up. Aircon is available but an extra at $250 per day cash or $300 per day card payment.

The outdoor space was very nice and enjoyable. The staff were kind and on top of things.

If you wanted to pay with your card there was a 5% increase.

Everything, it was an excellent choice, great service, housekeeping was outstanding. They made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. Answered every question, and the owners were amazing too they provided us with so many activities and recommendations that made our time here unforgettable. Thank you so much Isaac and Juan Carlos
