We loved the neighborhood. The breakfast was awesome. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

I didn't like that the toilet had low pressure.

Everything has been amazing with staff especially receptionists going above and beyond to ensure an amazing stay and guidance.

Location. Price. Cleanliness.

Although we did not use it, one of the mattresses was worn out to the point, you could see the concave dip on one side through the bed coverings.

The hotel is conveniently located directly next to a 24 hour pharmacy and other convenient stores. It is in walking distance to the Altabrisa Plaza. The buffet breakfast was so good. Mario was always friendly and service oriented at breakfast. His attention to details did not go unnoticed.

The rooms were somewhat smaller than I had expected. But after looking at different hotels in the area it seemed that the rooms are actually bigger than most. My stay at the hotel was generally good. However, the addition of an iron with ironing board and a mini refrigerator would’ve made it better.
