Early checkin, friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and quiet room. Close to historic centre.

good location in the centre of Campeche. Nice that there was coffee in the morning available even though there was no breakfast

They started working in one of the rooms before 9am, not ideal in a hotel where people might want to sleep in.

Room a little pokey

Good little and economical hotel in the city center. We were there for 2 nights, so we just needed it to shower & sleep. A very colonial building & walking distance to the main center.

The bathroom was really small. Maybe some upgrades here & and there, but nothing else to complain about, I know why we got this hotel because it was economical & and its location, so it served its purpose.

The 24h desk helped a lot

The room was really small and the ceiling fan totally too low, it clipped my hair, very scary

Bar next door plays loud music until 2am, the noise permeates everywhere. No windows in the rooms.

The location was perfect. You are right in the heart of the walled city with east walking access to everything. The room was small but very clean and the staff were so nice and accommodating.

The noise level was a problem. There is a bar next to the hotel that blasted music until 2am. It was so loud you felt like the party was in your room. There was no escape. I did not have earplugs and couldn’t fall asleep until the music was turned off.

Saturday night was a bit noisy from a bar nearby, but Sunday night was quiet. Bathroom was a tight fit, but had a good shower.

I have worked with booking.com for more than 10 years, my experiences have been very good so far. I thought they would help me in a situation like this, they didn't. They need to check their hotels, this was obviously not the one shown in their list.,The reception was dirty, the young man behind it had a dirty T-shirt on.

I found myself in a tiny room on 3rd floor, where you hardly could get around a single beed, without any windows, with walls 4-5 m high in dark red. When I asked at the reception for another room because I suffer claustrophobia, there was no help, no empathy. I had to check into another hotel. On top of it, they charged me for the 2 nights I wasn't in the hotel $104, $20 more than the original price. They said it was booking,com. The contract says I had to pay $51.
