The Chinese buffet was average at best. The other restaurants were great. If you take a lot of excursions the all inclusive may not be best cause you’re gone all day and don’t get to take advantage of it all.

The ocean water was very smelly. The explanation was the smell from the seaweed.. There was also a dankness in the first room which caused dampness in our clothes.

The staff were exceptional. They were so attentive to every need we had. The floor started buckling and the room that we were originally in. Housekeeping came to clean and I explained to her about the floor. An hour later, we were moved to an upgraded room.

Service was not the best. If you are a person who wants to stay at a resort to enjoy the beach, this is not the place. The beach was not accessible. We had to leave the resort and find a public beach to enjoy.

We enjoyed the food at the different restaurants. The suite was spacious and clean.

No complaints with the facility-more so with the guests. Room was located near the tranquility pool, however, guests were very rude during sleeping hours and were loud at times.

Location was close to shopping, property had a tour desk to book excursions. Facility was clean and staff was very attentive and nice. Food was also good.

There weren’t enough chairs around the pool so you had to get one early and not leave it or someone else would take it. Same issue with the beach area and many rocks in the ocean beach area.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. There is a nice selection of restaurants to choose from for the all-inclusive.

The dinner restaurants were a big exception from the norm of great service. The beach smelled terrible and was extremely small (eroded) compared to expectations.

Bar closed too early. One of the reception staff were rude. Quality of some of the restaurants was a bit low.

Facilities were good. Most of the restaurants were good and the rooms were comfortable. They allowed us to use the facilities before our check in and after check out before heading to our next location.

The beach along the property is quite eroded and not what I expected for a Caribbean beach resort.

The room was super comfortable and spacious. The entertainment staff were engaging and friendly. They put on a great pool foam party. The breakfast buffet at Ventanas was delicious, and the food at Zarape-especially the seafood-was amazing. I did visit the spa and the hydrology facilities are some of the best I have seen- comfortable, relaxing and just a beautiful and refined space.

Restaurants were hit and miss. Mexican and Italian were okay but the grill wasn't great. Not necessarily a dislike but an FYI - as with most places in Mexico the hotel including pool, rooms and balconys are non smoking.

Location was great, rooms really comfortable. We upgraded to a room with a sea view and balcony this was absolutely worth it. Our friends had a standard room which had no windows! Food was good, restaurants were a little hit and miss but nice selection. Pizza slices by the pool was a good addition as was the coffee shop. Entertainment at the pool was fun and the staff were really enthusiastic- shout out to Danny and Manny! Good selection of drinks on offer as well.

The lobby bar closes at 11, which we think it is a bit early. The entertainment is a bit lacking. Wish the hotel had alcohol dispensers (like Riu).

Room was beautiful. We had ocean view and it was amazing! The property grounds are clean. The 3 restaurants were surprisingly good! We love that there’s a coffee shop on site (all inclusive).

There was construction on our last day of stay right in front of our room. This was very disturbing while going on around noon to evening on 19/09, Although we understand construction is needed we would have liked BETTER communication regarding the construction atleast a heads up
