I didn’t care for the smell in the bathroom next to the Buffett it had a very overpowering smell.

The property was well laid out with the restaurants and buffet and bars and pool. There were many things to do.

We were sweating when we were eating at the restaurants. They definitely need to upgrade A/C system. Need more entertainment other than karaoke nights.

24 hr snack station and taco station from poolside.

The waiting time for the other restaurants was very long and the food wasn’t as good as the buffet restaurant.

The hotel was very good, including buffet dining area, VIP lounge. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful.

I don’t like the Asian restaurant. We ordered and shared a lot of food amongst ourselves so all the food comes out at once and fill the table. No space for our own plate. FYI, Wait time for about over 1 hr for the most popular restaurants so leave your name on the waitlist early.

Short distance to the beach. I love the burgers and most of the restaurants. The 2 pools are nice. Walking distance to the local markets and the mall on opposite direction. Easy access to the bus right in front of the hotel. Bring a lot of $1 bills.

Lack of entertainment. Could have set up card games, or trivia nights. Compete and meet other families. Bingo… anything for entertainment. The Azul restaurant was just terrible. Food lacked flavor, too much sauce in the pad Thai dish almost like soupy and lacked flavor. Spring roll was ok but needed to be filled a little more. Sauce was not a good taste. More gluten free options. Fried rice should be an option. More seafood options.

Everything was so close to our rooms and convenient. Food for the most part was good. Loved that I could get a chai latte.

Maybe some places to have air conditioning lol but i know lots of resorts dont have it but would be nice.

I liked that it wasnt far to get to everything. They had area’s for the kids, which was nice. The food was also pretty good. And the staff was very helpful and friendly!

It seemed like a salesperson approached us every 30 minutes for something, even when at the cabana. That was my time to relax but it kept getting interrupted by a hard sale for a massage or to book another day at the cabana. The food was not great at all. The crab cakes had more shells than crab in them. The steak and burgers tasted like a Salisbury steak. The buffet food was mainly dried out and tasteless. I definitely would not recommend the food to anyone. The drinks were watered down, all I tasted was sugar. After the first day, I stuck to water, I didn’t want to waste the calorie intake on drinking juice. The massage was okay. I did feel a little uncomfortable that the massage therapist had her phone in the room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

If we had to note a few drawbacks, we would have liked to see more variety in the dinner options and a few more shaded seating areas around the pool. We also happened to be there during seaweed season, which made the beach experience less enjoyable—but we understand that’s out of the resort’s control and will plan around it in the future.

We had such a great experience during our stay at Wyndham Alltra! From the moment we arrived, the service stood out—every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. The breakfast options were delicious and varied, which made mornings easy and enjoyable. We especially loved starting our day with a stop at the coffee bar. The poolside taco bar was a highlight for daily lunches! The entertainment crew deserves a big shoutout. They kept the energy going all day and night with fun activities, music, and shows that had both kids and adults engaged. Speaking of kids, ours had an amazing time enjoying the water slides and visiting the sweets shop—it quickly became a daily stop. Overall, it was a fun, relaxing getaway that checked all the boxes for our family. We’ll definitely be back!

Rooms are not very comfortable, very little space to put clothes, the bathroom is also small. The service at the kids pool is non-existent (1 person would come by every 3 hours), restaurants are also very slow. Also, the kids camp is very limited for specific ages or time slots where you can be there with your kids

The pools for the kids are nice, food and beverage is good

Misinformation about leisure packages. Everything was extremely expensive. The staff approached me so many times, becoming inconvenient and annoying. The hotel needed some room update. The sliding doors were old. Furnitures also old fashioned and simple. Very basic for a VIP room.

All inclusive was fantastic!! The hospitality, kindness, and professionalism were the best.

    1) beach is pretty packed, not much shade and space between sunbeds 2) a lot of bypassers trying to sell some stuff which is pretty annoying and really up-close, security does not intervene 3) the rooms does not have a direct pass to the beach, have to go around, not far at all, but still

    1) the room! Swim-up and the the sea view is great 2) food is good! Fruits, taco station, bebidas 3) water color is amazing 4) the service, Rodrigo (bellboy capitan) and beach bar guys! 5) the hammock on the terrace, swings at the beach bar 6) we love playing corn-hole! 7) a family of iguanas

There was not much choice in the buffet and the food in the a-la-carte restaurants was not the best; although the hotel rules state that visitors cannot put their towels on the sunbeds all of the ones under the shadow were reserved every day and the staff didn't do anything to prevent this (the shaded beach area was not very big as well)

The staff was very friendly and supportive; the room was good but a little outdated; the animation team was nice

It is a small resort so not a lot of room for the amount of people staying. Every morning by 8am all the chairs by the pools were 'reserved' with no people in sight so if you wanted to swim and have a chair it is impossible unless you wake up at 6am to reserve one with a towel for yourself. We even complained to a worker that there is not one chair available even though there were no people actually present but nothing changed. Access to the kids club for kids needing supervision is only during certain hours.

The food was amazing. The best I have had at an all inclusive. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The night entertainment was very good. The kids facility is offers a lot of variety and fun for them. It is a small resort if that is what you are looking for.
