Very loud. We knew from the other reviews that it would be loud but we were not expecting the cafe on the first level to be remodeling and having workers CUT TILE until literally midnight...

Room aesthetic was very beautiful! Patio was nice to have but it did just overlook the back road.

The first room we stayed in was more expensive and right above a night club.

There was a young girl at the front desk who helped us organise a taxi and had a very kind demeanour. This was the second room we booked at this property and this room was much better as it wasn’t as loud as the first one. This room was on the other side of the hotel whilst the other room we booked was more expensive and right above a nightclub.

The service is bad. Jessica from the reception was very unpleased terrible attitude very sour face. The parking cost money. No room service to help with suitcases and there is NO elevator.

The location is great but (!) take in attention that the clubs open and there is very loud music till 2-3 in the morning.

The elevator appears to be permanently out of service so you will have to carry your bags upstairs. The room was spacious. Everything is very typically Mexican. The property is adjacent to several nightclubs where very loud live music played until 2:30 a.m. Staff were helpful on checking in and out. The beach is two blocks away, and the walking street (“5th Avenue”) is right out the door. Easy access to everything Playa has to offer.

The hotel is located on a noisy street. We were lucky to get a room in a quiet side, more on behind from the entrance so the noise wasnt so big. On the hallway when we were leaving or arriving there was always the stuff from the cleaning lady.

We liked the area were is located this hotel. We found good food and exciting activities to do while in Playa!

Small fridge in room in bad condition, needed to insert room card in or order to keep AC on, no luggage stool, pillows super hard including mattress. Elevator doesn’t work there, hard to carry luggage upstairs.

There was a sewer smell from the bathroom, we needed the AC working all the time, to neutralize it. Staff has limited knowledge of English, but if you speak a bit of Spanish or have google translate, you'll do fine. It can get loud at night, but if your room is overlooking the main street, it can't be avoided.

The location is spectacular. Hotel looks nice.. Staff is really nice and helpful. There is a really good coffee shop in front of the hotel.

The pool looked dirty, no clear water so we didn't dare to go for a dip in the pool. That was a shame because we also picked the hotel for his pool.

The shower in our room wasn't working

It was very noisy at night until 2:30am as it’s literally on the strip of bars/restaurants etc. also the main road which is noisy. We had real issues finding the car park for the property after going into reception and asking them for directions, but it was extremely hard to find with no signs and the gate was closed with no one there to tell us it was hotel parking. Plus it’s an additional fee for parking. We booked the junior suite with a balcony on here, but that was not what we were given- due to availability and the hotel staff didn’t seem to care. Instead we got a very small pokey room, and there is no door to the toilet and shower from the bedroom. The shower also had extremely bad lime scale so the water was coming in all directions. We didn’t go to the pool as we only stayed one night for a stop over- but it looked tired and much smaller than the photos.

It was a cheap price for a one night stay between Cancun and Tulum. It’s centrally located for the strip of Playa

The location is in the middle of loud nightlife, that you can hear from the room even with windows closed. So, there is nog good night sleep, unfortunately since the beds are really comfortable.

The hotel is beautiful and comfortable, and great service.

Room was quite small, pool didn’t seem clean and sun loungers were wooden with no cover - too hard to sit on. Shower dripped water for a while after showering. Bathroom had a strong damp/sewage smell.

Best location, close to all the nice restaurants. Friendly staff.

Lots of noise from nightclub directly beneath our room and across the road. If you were wanting to party it wouldn’t matter however it’s not for a quiet stay
